So yeah, I've been talking to this girl at work.I friended her on FB and she friended me back the same day. I also made some stupid jokes and she was laughing at them (in person). What do you make of this? I am in china, I have had 2 young beautiful girls say to me "can I ask you a personal question? Do you have a girlfriend?". Used to talk to a girl that was interested until she started dating other men. In other words, I got friend zoned. She's been burned in the past, feels underappreciated and disrespected and I wanted to show her that I do appreciate her and respect her by taking her out as well as getting her some roses and a card telling her that I think she is great while also pushing her away with silly comments. But now, with her response I am not sure if I should make the effort of getting her something for Valentines day. My intention before she blew me off wasn't to be overly romantic but to just show her in some way that I do appreciate and respect her.
