Yamil, do you have a source for Colt Cobra sights? I looked on the Colt store sight and don't see them. Perhaps a link to where you bought yours? Thanks so much!
Colt’s website doesn’t allow you to purchase a replacement sight. I called them direct and customer service said they would send me a replacement of what comes on the gun originally taking my serial number. I never received the replacement part, still waiting after two weeks.
What size Allen key was it? I have the Colt King Cobra with the brass bead, I want something that stands out more for my eyes. Thanks!
.050"
Make sure you have a good wrench, so you won't strip it and damage the set screw.

Thank you for a very good video. Please tell me where you bought the "brass bead sight" I have not been able to find them. Thank you, GT
Great choice Yamil. Looks much nicer now.

Try calling Colt, that's how I got mine!!
Can you swap out the grip to a classic medallion grip?
I did on my Video with the Cobra Special!! I couldn't find a Cobra Special, so I converted my Night Cobra into Cobra Special!!

Their parts department is a little lacking
Will it still take p mags?
ABSOLUTELY!! You can do anything with Gaffer Tape!!
Wait...you mean it doesn't use Glock magazines?
Really just want this exact gun with an aluminum frame
Like the old time Cobra, I have one, the old one. I'm not big into lightweight guns, but I see their need!!
Yamil, thank you for a great informative and interesting video. I like the brass bead front sight too. Got one on my 2019 TALO Edition Cobra Classic.
That's why I wanted it on this one!!
@@yrsued do you have a link for it ? I can't find it on the colt page. Thanks in advance !
@@Libertyspot-1 I wish they had them on their website, but I can't find them there!
S&W uses red lock tight on the shields but you can get it loose with a soldering iron. That said nice gun.
Ya, but this Allen Set screw is very small, I'm not sure I want to risk it with red!!
