Of course this is all hindsight as I haven't checked any connections yet and simply went looking to see if anyone else had a similar issue before I delve into it myself. If there is an error, best practice is to ask yourself, what could have changed on its own... It WAS working before... Most errors on any machine are from mechanical movement so that will narrow it down. Bed heating error? check where the wire connection moves. You can even do this during a print, wiggle the wire, and see if it errors out. You might even be able to see the heat drop out on the display.
I ran into the same issue while working with Elegoos support. It was my fault. I did something stupid while tinkering. They were very gracious about it.
