Regarding 7:09: it's to avoid having to move yourself towards a fixed mirror to get the angle you want; thus, it's a lot easier (and more comfortable) to adjust and focus on a particular spot of your face. Think of it as one of those make-up kits with a small mirror that women sometimes carry.

great video as always!! i love how intricate the details on this car is, however, if one thing goes wrong with the electrics, like half of the cars functions are gone.
it's impressive but sometimes i feel like these cars can be slightly over-engineered. i know range rover is the luxury branch of land rover but adding all those land rover qualities with the snazzy off-road settings and loading height seems a bit fruitless in a gold-flaked, diamond-cut body with massage chairs and opera. their target consumers don't seem to be the people who would use the practical options, so i think it would be better investing all that time into the land rover range of vehicles, which are more suited to practical/agricultural work. still, it's cool to see into vehicles i know i would never come across in real life haha
thanks! 🙏 Well I was actually surprised by how many of the off-road functions this luxury vehicle still has, even though most Range Rover owners will seldom take their limos out in the field. And yes that stuff will eventually break down... I had an E Class station wagon that I really loved and what broke down first was the electric gadgets, next was air ride, until you reach a point so many electric functions break down you have to dump the car and buy a new one. Which is a shame because the mechanical part of the car might be still in perfect shape. Thanks for watching!

A question! I got to drive this brand new top spec Range Rover. And I loved it, one of the most impressive cars I've ever driven.
But I also get hate for saying that... because apparently they break down all the time and are crap cars.
Any thoughts, similar stories or bad experiences with Range Rover or Land Rover? Thanks for letting me know!
Went to pick up my car a few years ago spoke to the sales person about cars general talk said he used to work at a jag/range rover show room before switching to where he was now and said that he hated it there because of the angry customers coming back after a short time with faulty broken cars. he said just to avoid going there. i mean this looks cool inside and cool features but when it comes to being reliable its not for me. (also couldn't afford!)

This car is gorgeous, but it won't serve you well. I know a millionaire in Poland that bought the previous version back in 2015. One of the worst business decisions he's ever made, not a week goes by without visiting the mechanic, some of the stuff is minor but a lot of repairs is critical. If only Jaguar Land Rover was bought by the Germans, it would probably be an entirely different car (in terms of reliablility).

How does one get to convince RR SVR to make matching trailer. When I get mine I want it to have a matching trailer. Family can carry lots of stuff😅

Admirable to have
There’s v few reliability issues with Land Rover. That’s been the case for many decades. Why do people perpetuate these stories. I have a 2014 Range Rover Vogue which has been excellent. Preceding this I had a Discovery 3 2007 which was also a wonderful and reliable car. The new car here looks fabulous.

For you they may have been fine. However, there's a reason JD Power rank them as the least reliable new car in America and the second least reliable in the UK!!

Not in the classics, but it was a part of the "Scheldeprijs", a Belgian cycling race, until 2007. It's a 2 kilometer classic cobblestone route that's just lovely.

Very nice and with some spectacular interiors, for quality and design, but will it spoil a lot? I had a Range Rover Sport that I bought new and sold it after 4 years due to the number of breakdowns it had.
Only time will tell :).

beautiful car and video ! But the thought of all the electrical rlying components of this car breaking XD . Thers just so many things that can go wrong . and for the price of repairs. Unless ur filthy rich . Gonna bring alot of headaches . unless nothing goes wrong but from past experience doesnt look that way . Could been a lot of improvements recently well have to wait and see i guess !

Nah it’s not, my audio levels are up because of the silence in the cabine, camera tries to capture some sound so everything is amplified.

Je suis curieux de savoir comment va vieillir toute cette électronique gadget. Et surtout en tout terrain, je me demande combien de temps tiendront les trains roulants. Vu le poids de la bête, je doute que ce soit robuste sur le long terme.
