You might consider Yoga. What I saw there was a lot of acrobatic yoga. That will give you the full-body and core strength and flexibility to be able to do that. There's an 80 year old guy in my yoga class that can do all that. He just turned 80 in November. With a gym one tends to emphasize just one muscle group. With Yoga the entire body and mind work together as an entire system. Plus, you learn to become your own gym. Too often having to go to or have access to a gym or gym equipment becomes the crutch or excuse of not staying fit. You can see, just from looking at them that they follow exercises wherein their own bodies are the actual gym. As such, they can practice anywhere, any day of the week and at any time. Basically, access to fitness ceases to be an excuse. If one properly learns yoga, one learns that one, even in a jail cell has everything that is needed with one's own body weight and movements to do what it takes to achieve these levels of fitness, even as an old person! And even for people who might consider themselves "too far gone" on "incapable". The funniest thing I hear sometimes is: "I can't do Yoga because I'm not flexible or fit enough". They have the cart before the horse. One does Yoga to become flexible and fit enough. And then you'll be surprised also at what it will do for your mind!! But that's yet another story. lol There are many doors it will unlock. All the best! Good luck and Happy New Year!!

This is 2023, and this video is still going around in social media shared by millions in every country in the world, in far-off Asian countries, Africa, etc. It just goes to show that sometimes some performances are so inspirational that they are remembered years later - much more than even the performances that actually won the America's Got Talent show. I guess it is because every man and woman wants to be like this 84 year old gentleman, when they themselves become 84!

"America's Got talent" is such a wonderful show. Every part every inch every centimeter, every millimeter of it. I saw many times various performances, but today on this day of 26th August the act of 84 year young performer was just Amazing.
The judges are wonderful, the audience are wonderful, the Camera men have done a great job, picking up the expressions of the audience. Every one who is the part of the show has contributed extremely well.
