I think the biggest plot hole in the show is that Thawne used to be a guy pretending to be A Harrison Wells, but now the show treats him as if he’s a guy who IS A Harrison Wells.

Comic Thawne backstory is that he was a Flash fan so became the Flash of his time then Barry from the past showed up and then Barry and him got along but then Barry found out Thawne was causing crimes just to solve them so Barry went back to his time. Thawne was upset and so went back in time to see Barry again but then found out Barry had a whole life without Thawne and he got upset that his relationship with Barry wasn’t special and then found out that he’s supposed to be his enemy through the Flash museum and became the Reverse Flash Now he’s a living paradox that’s can’t really be killed cause another version of him exists throughout the time stream This is why i love Thawne. He has the powers of a god and is so petty lol

Surprised in the Season 5 recap, you didn't mention that Barry and Nora's plans all go to shit because when they traveled to 2016 to get Thawne's help, they told him EXACTLY what he needed to know to set his plan in motion in Nora's time to free himself from execution 😂 One of the biggest L's from the heroes, but a time travel plot point that...actually had thought behind it and made sense.
Btw Central City is in Missouri, it's shown on a map in one episode, and in another one, Joe is looking through some sort of statewide database of driver's licenses or something like that (I forget exactly) and it says Missouri on the computer screen. Also the seal on the front of the file folder from Kramer's time in the military identifies the fictional Fort Dakota, at which she was stationed, as being in Missouri. Specifically, Central City is the fictional equivalent of Kansas City, Missouri, as shown by its precise location in the state when shown on a map, and by the fact that it has a "twin" city, Keystone City, comparable to Kansas City, Kansas, which is right next to Kansas City, Missouri. Side note: Deion mentions in a Season 7 episode that he was going to be the next Patrick Mahomes. Mahomes just so happens to be the quarterback of the Kansas City Chiefs in real life. But in the show, Central City's professional football team is the Sharks. So, in the Arrowverse, is Mahomes the QB of the Sharks, while the Chiefs don't exist? Or are there two major professional football leagues- the NFL and the fictional league that the Sharks are in- and Central City has a team in each league, meaning Mahomes is the QB of the Central City Chiefs? Or does Kansas City also exist in the Arrowverse but slightly north or south of where it actually is, because Central City occupies its real-life location within the state of Missouri? All of these are possibilities. It would have been so much less confusing if Deion just said he was going to be the next Josh Allen, Joe Burrow, Lamar Jackson, or anyone else other than Patrick Mahomes.

When Thawne revealed that he killed the real Wells, didn't he also admit to setting off the dark matter explosion sooner than it happened in his own original timeline? Which means even the "clean" timeline from 4:00 is actually an offshoot from another one.
Well he does both in the same timeline. When Thawne originally got stuck in the past during season 1, he kills Wells because he needs to replace him to speed up the development of the Particle Accelerator. So it's not really another offshoot timeline, it's just season 1.

29:39 - I was really hoping you were going to mention how it makes the itty bit of backstory we got for Eobard in season 1 ludicrous. In S1, Eobard tells Barry (in 2015) that he was born 136 years from that point, putting his birthdate in the year 2151. However, in Armageddon, (in late 2021) Eobard says that exactly 200 years from that point is when he first got his speed and his origin supposedly takes place.. but that makes Eobard 71 years old when he first gets his super speed and goes up against Barry… then after however many years of fighting, he goes back in time and kills Nora Allen, bla bla bla, and then spends 15 years in the early 21st century.. years later he spends another 15 years in the mid 21st century.. so… Eobard looks really great for a guy who’s clearly well over 100 years old!!!
17:44 If zoom was stopped by a time wraith then, that means Barry’s dad is still alive, flashpoint was never created because Barry would have no reason to do so, and Savitar only exists post flashpoint, so he won’t exist, and Ralph is dead according to Thawne in season 1.
So we have 2 different endings then, the season 9 ending and the "the time force stops Zoom and only season 1 happens" ending basically, that or they just explain it as the Time Wraith pushed him out of the Speed Force and also erased his memory of seeing season 5 Barry and Nora so he just gets back on his mission in season 2, the rest of the show still happens

@@Ana-rf5cu but they are effected by the changes in the timeline even when there in the time stream, one of the problem around season 3 episode a character fades out of existence because something bad happened to them in the past, there also other times they lose other things because of a problem in the timeline. But then again there are other times when that doesn't happen. it's almost like LOT time travel has no consistency in the show all about time travel.
Extra timelines that should be added: 1. Original timeline where Barry's mother was alive 2. Timeline where Savage nuked Central City in the crossover 3. Timeline where Barry goes back in time to create a remnant to help stoping Zoom 4. Timeline where Barry never knew Iris was going to be killed by Savitar 5. Timeline where Barry didn't go to the future and got knowledge from his future self 6. When Despero time travelled 7. All the times Nora and Bart time travelled 8. I known that this has more to do with another show, but my biggest gripes with the series finale for Arrow can be heavily attributed to the changes done by Crisis.
Yeah. There have been lots of times throughout the show where I have been confused with stuff. For example 1. How Reverse Flash is still alive after Eddie killed himself. It sort of made sense seeing him only exist in the past as a timeline remnant during s2 and s3. But it didn't make sense seeing him alive in earth x crossover and seeing him in s5 future and later seasons. Plus its strange him not using his real face played by Matt. S1 timeline made sense to look like wells but after that timeline only matt should play him. 2. Savitars origin story is very confusing as well. 3. Some of the time travel changes are confusing. 4. Time remnants
At this point the teacup example that Jay used in season 3 has been grounded to dust, maybe even atomized. Time travel is never straightforward, so you either need rules like Steins Gate, or comedy like Back to the Future. But that's expecting too much out of Flash writers.
I remember an interview with one of the writers around season 3, and he said they were driving themselves crazy in the writers room trying to figure out rules from time travel and how to keep things consistent and he said they had a major breakthrough when they realized it was all made up anyway and they could just create the rules as they go. And he said this as if it was a good thing. I knew at that point that the time travel would never be anything close to consistent

Well, "past" and "future" are matters of perspective. Even if Barry travels to the Future, that still creates a "Flashpoint" of some sort for the people in the future, including Nora herself.
i remember for the earth x crossover that was explained as time travelling nazis according to notes Cisco put on the white board in one season 6 episode but IIRC they conveniently didn't show his notes on how the events of season 2 went down post-crisis
Quick thing to note: In season 7 Bart and Nora are from the year 2049 as well. At the start of Season 7 episode 17 there's a title card that says so. Same in season 8.
You missing a Major fact, from the first episode of the show it was already set in an alternative timeline that was created by Wells causing barry to gain his powers a couple years earlier.
Actually the lack of time wraiths in season 1 make sense. The first time Barry “Time traveled” he didn’t really time travel, kinda just turned back time, explains no time wraiths. The second time he time traveled (In the finale) the reason there were no time wraiths was because thawne was there. In season 2 episode 17, Barry encounters his first time wraith and when thawne finds out Barry isn’t his Barry, he reveals that he knows how to keep out of the way of time wraiths.
I used to track the timelines like obsessively like this because I love time travel stories, but I gave up around Crisis. There's so many inconsistencies that the writers weren't even trying to keep track of by season 5 and 6 🙃
7:30 it actually makes complete sense when you go insane, time remnants are fragments of timelines that don’t actually exist, but exist because they need to to make the current timeline exist, if they’re stopped before they cause said timeline (like the reverse flash) bad things happen, but if it’s after like Zoom’s time remnant presumably was, it causes no ill effects on the timeline, as its the equivalent of killing an alternate earth version of yourself.

Harry mentioned that he could track Jesse using her frequency he got that idea from 2018 Barry and also since the time wraith caught zoom it probably just earased his memory

And you know the funny thing. For season 8 they could have given the excuse on why Barry doesn't remember key events because he was either visiting the speedforce or he was dropping something off somewhere. And that could be the excuse on why he didn't remember all the things that happened
on Supergirl that show had other universe's doppelgangers show up. in one episode she goes to a bar she's friends with the owner and him and his doppelganger then became co-owners and live on earth prime as brothers. speaking of the rules and inconsistencies, that show was ok with post crisis having people popping up on earth prime while on Batgirl there being 2 of Kate's sister around meant their existence was hurting each other that one had to die
@G.I. Gio ironically legends of tomorrow is my favourite by owning up to its wacky nonsense and wearing its craziness openly. I can't remember which show it was for but one of the producers i think admitted there wasn't really much communication between the shows to know much of what the post crisis version of for the previous seasons of each shows then looked like. it was just "well if you want to reuse an old villain then you can change it to whatever you want it to be now". as for inconsistencies, i think between the flash (even within itself) and legends of tomorrow, i'm sure they've used time remnant usually to refer to the past self that is now on a different path but a few times they've called the version that travelled back in time as the time remnant. like in the second season finale of LoT the future versions of the legends i think are referred to as remnants at one point when it should be their past selves. that might be me either mishearing or misremembering it. One side note that also about "trouble with timelines and stuff" is that they had it be because Harry and Jessie were on Earth 2 they weren't affected by Flashpoint and when they returned in season 3 they were able to see that there were changes. suggesting there's a rule that if you're on another earth then you're free to remember your timeline and be unaffected. which feels like it should have some implications. but its just an asspull to say "er yeah post flashpoint they're still ok as we don't wanna deal with what differences they might have gone through". its brought up by them not knowing the "new time lab" or whatever it was that wasn't there pre-flashpoint. surely it would have been fine to have them recognise it from their experience in the rewrote version of season 2 but ok. anyway, kinda rambled a bit there but great videos and look forward to your one talking more about season 8 and all others you make :D
Alright, I'll throw my hat in the ringer. I'd definitely like to see you do a video on the Arrowverse multiverse. And I'd also like you to dissect what happened to the multiverse after Crisis. Cause in the end of the event, we see other worlds like the ones with Doom Patrol, Star girl and Superman and Lois. Heck even Superman and Lois reference the multiverse in their show, which by the way, takes place post Crisis. So does the Arrow verse multiverse still exist or what?
Apparently Superman doesn't take place in the Arrowverse, or Earth Prime, but on a similar earth but without all the heroes of Earth Prime that's why they are never referenced in the show. It's still dumb thoughbecause technically there is still a multiverse, but I guess they're closed off from the Arrowverse. I dunno.

There are a few more details I should mention that breaks the lore of the Arrowverse after Crisis. "pulls out presentation stick" 1. Apparently Jay is alive because Henry Allen is dead on Earth 1, so Jay can't get erased. But.....that doesn't make sense either. I need to point out the matter that Jay and Henry would've grew up on the same Earth together, which means they've should've both died a long time ago or something. 2. When Thawne created Reverse-Flashpoint, it should've permanently erased the present timeline that Team Flash lives in. Ex: You know when Despero murders all of Barry's friends? .....That shouldn't have been possible because the timeline should be gone. 3. Gio, you should use this for your Season 8 video. The Negative Forces want to kill Barry because he disrupted the cosmic balance or something when he took Thawne's speed.....Yet there's not problem with Thawne trying to kill Barry all these years? Also, isn't it confusing that the Negative Forces have existed since the beginning of time when Barry created the Positive Forces? "puts away presentation stick" Whew, that took a lot out of me. You know, I keeping hearing people say that Flash has always been bad. But seasons 1 and 2 at least were pretty self contained. In fact even if I were to agree that those seasons are bad, I would say it's not because Barry is dumb.....It's because the villains are underpowered and might not be as competent as their comic versions.

i thought they went with "Jay and Joan transferred over to earth-prime they were remade as separate people and no longer alternate doppelgangers of Henry and Nora"? that still doesn't cover the other issues of them growing up on the same earth and having the same face as Barry's parents but yeah officially i'm pretty sure its that post crisis and the newly formed earth-prime included having it be "these people are universally recognised as earth-prime Jay and Joan, not earth 3(?) Henry and Nora". However, that doesn't fully cover it as there's the question of Jay's appearance on Stargirl. According to the actor its supposed to be the same version of Jay which would suggest that post crisis he's from THAT Earth and then at some point in the last decade ish moved to Earth Prime

Eddie is Eobard’s ancestor. When Eddie killed himself, Eobard Thawne/ Reverse Flash is never born, which should erase all of Season 1 for if Eobard was never alive, Nora Allen wouldn’t have died, Henry wouldn’t be in prison for 15 years, and particle accelerator wouldn’t have been created, meaning Barry Allen would not have become the Flash.
6:20 you could argue that the first time travel Barry did was not enough for the time wraiths to care about. Or it could be possible that there aren't enough time wraiths for all of the multiverses and all the different speedsters. There is also the possibility that they simply do not care if a speedster time travels for the first time and it is simply a "test drive" or a that they don't notice a speedster time travel until after the first time travel explaining why they go after Barry the second time he does.
I don’t think Thawne was being serious when he said “You just ran out of luck” about the Time Wraiths. I think it was a little joke. What I think the reason they didn’t attack Barry in season 1 is because the speed force knew what was going to happen so they show Barry a speed mirage of his future self time traveling and then Barry time travels and alters the timeline, saving Central City. Like the speed force told Barry that they let him create flashpoint because it knew Barry was hurting from his father's death in season 3.
You forgot the timeline that we only ever see in the flashback when the original Barry Allen fights against Thawne in their living room. But otherwise well done, I stopped keeping track of the timelines after Crisis because I knew the writers would just use it as an excuse. I was so invested at the time during season 3, I did an almost 6 page rewrite for Savitar to have him make sense and not in a way that would have cost them more money. Since it was all replacements for their dialog scenes. The only time it got worse was Crisis, I had stopped caring and just enjoyed it for what it was without thinking. But Crisis was so bad I went a little crazy and did a major 14 page rewrite of several points and key changes that I still think they would have been do able since I was careful as to not put anything in it that they clearly couldn't afford. It would even have saved them money since I would have removed certain characters either somewhat and one in particular all together.
I did like that Reverse-Flashpoint b/c it was basically Eobard having a temper tantrum which was actually very like his character. But this whole video is spot on
The negative speed force is a pathway to many abilities some consider to be… unnatural. They could have just gone the Poe Dameron route “Somehow Thawne Returned”
I didn’t realize this before but I like how they killed reverse flash who is immune to paradoxes with a paradox but Zoom who is just a regular speedster was completely unaffected by a paradox
I’ve been watching the series and I thought about how broken the timeline probably is I didn’t think anyone would be crazy enough to piece it all together
I just realized Barry dosent need to tell his future self anything Barry does savitar remembers so just learning that it’s because of time remnants should make Barry not summon any in the battle with savitar effectively ending the loop
The problem is that Savitar killing Iris just push Barry to much into almost insanity, so he could still using the Time Remmants to just get Savitar out of his life and the Time Remmant that survives just goes even more crazy because he knows that everyone hates him because he is fated to become Savitar. Both Barry's just... Gave up trying to changes things without Iris.
Explaining this timeline is a running joke in my family cause both my dad and sibling cant really get it. It goes over their heads. At least my sib gets multiverses while my dad is still confused after watching loki I had to explain it and he still only gets half of it. So whenever I just want to make them confuse I just start talking about this timeline with the little knowledge I have cause I droppedthe show after the Thinker was the villian.

I think the biggest plot hole in the show is that Thawne used to be a guy pretending to be A Harrison Wells, but now the show treats him as if he’s a guy who IS A Harrison Wells.
Technically the Wells Reverse Flash is a Wells thanks to stealing his DNA for his disguise.
Not to mention the other wells that are in the show are ACTUALLY real wells from different universes. The wells that we see at the beginning of the show is actually thawn

Comic Thawne backstory is that he was a Flash fan so became the Flash of his time then Barry from the past showed up and then Barry and him got along but then Barry found out Thawne was causing crimes just to solve them so Barry went back to his time. Thawne was upset and so went back in time to see Barry again but then found out Barry had a whole life without Thawne and he got upset that his relationship with Barry wasn’t special and then found out that he’s supposed to be his enemy through the Flash museum and became the Reverse Flash
Now he’s a living paradox that’s can’t really be killed cause another version of him exists throughout the time stream
This is why i love Thawne. He has the powers of a god and is so petty lol

Surprised in the Season 5 recap, you didn't mention that Barry and Nora's plans all go to shit because when they traveled to 2016 to get Thawne's help, they told him EXACTLY what he needed to know to set his plan in motion in Nora's time to free himself from execution 😂 One of the biggest L's from the heroes, but a time travel plot point that...actually had thought behind it and made sense.

Btw Central City is in Missouri, it's shown on a map in one episode, and in another one, Joe is looking through some sort of statewide database of driver's licenses or something like that (I forget exactly) and it says Missouri on the computer screen. Also the seal on the front of the file folder from Kramer's time in the military identifies the fictional Fort Dakota, at which she was stationed, as being in Missouri. Specifically, Central City is the fictional equivalent of Kansas City, Missouri, as shown by its precise location in the state when shown on a map, and by the fact that it has a "twin" city, Keystone City, comparable to Kansas City, Kansas, which is right next to Kansas City, Missouri.
Side note: Deion mentions in a Season 7 episode that he was going to be the next Patrick Mahomes. Mahomes just so happens to be the quarterback of the Kansas City Chiefs in real life. But in the show, Central City's professional football team is the Sharks. So, in the Arrowverse, is Mahomes the QB of the Sharks, while the Chiefs don't exist? Or are there two major professional football leagues- the NFL and the fictional league that the Sharks are in- and Central City has a team in each league, meaning Mahomes is the QB of the Central City Chiefs? Or does Kansas City also exist in the Arrowverse but slightly north or south of where it actually is, because Central City occupies its real-life location within the state of Missouri? All of these are possibilities. It would have been so much less confusing if Deion just said he was going to be the next Josh Allen, Joe Burrow, Lamar Jackson, or anyone else other than Patrick Mahomes.

When Thawne revealed that he killed the real Wells, didn't he also admit to setting off the dark matter explosion sooner than it happened in his own original timeline? Which means even the "clean" timeline from 4:00 is actually an offshoot from another one.
Well he does both in the same timeline. When Thawne originally got stuck in the past during season 1, he kills Wells because he needs to replace him to speed up the development of the Particle Accelerator. So it's not really another offshoot timeline, it's just season 1.

29:39 - I was really hoping you were going to mention how it makes the itty bit of backstory we got for Eobard in season 1 ludicrous. In S1, Eobard tells Barry (in 2015) that he was born 136 years from that point, putting his birthdate in the year 2151. However, in Armageddon, (in late 2021) Eobard says that exactly 200 years from that point is when he first got his speed and his origin supposedly takes place.. but that makes Eobard 71 years old when he first gets his super speed and goes up against Barry… then after however many years of fighting, he goes back in time and kills Nora Allen, bla bla bla, and then spends 15 years in the early 21st century.. years later he spends another 15 years in the mid 21st century.. so… Eobard looks really great for a guy who’s clearly well over 100 years old!!!
Any plothole after Season 6 concerning previous seasons can be considered a Crisis change

So we have 2 different endings then, the season 9 ending and the "the time force stops Zoom and only season 1 happens" ending basically, that or they just explain it as the Time Wraith pushed him out of the Speed Force and also erased his memory of seeing season 5 Barry and Nora so he just gets back on his mission in season 2, the rest of the show still happens

Imagine a time traveling show that handle time travel probably just as well as flash does.
Time travel in LOT is different. The changes they cause dont really affect the characters themselves, since they're outside the time stream.
It's....... It's certainly a bit odd. It definitely has a lot of issues tbh.
@@Ana-rf5cu but they are effected by the changes in the timeline even when there in the time stream, one of the problem around season 3 episode a character fades out of existence because something bad happened to them in the past, there also other times they lose other things because of a problem in the timeline. But then again there are other times when that doesn't happen. it's almost like LOT time travel has no consistency in the show all about time travel.
Extra timelines that should be added:
1. Original timeline where Barry's mother was alive
2. Timeline where Savage nuked Central City in the crossover
3. Timeline where Barry goes back in time to create a remnant to help stoping Zoom
4. Timeline where Barry never knew Iris was going to be killed by Savitar
5. Timeline where Barry didn't go to the future and got knowledge from his future self
6. When Despero time travelled
7. All the times Nora and Bart time travelled
8. All the times the reverse flash time travelled
9. All the times godspeed time travelled
10. Every new timeline created in Legends of Tomorrow
Conclusion: the timeline looks more like a spider web

Yeah. There have been lots of times throughout the show where I have been confused with stuff. For example
1. How Reverse Flash is still alive after Eddie killed himself. It sort of made sense seeing him only exist in the past as a timeline remnant during s2 and s3. But it didn't make sense seeing him alive in earth x crossover and seeing him in s5 future and later seasons. Plus its strange him not using his real face played by Matt. S1 timeline made sense to look like wells but after that timeline only matt should play him.
2. Savitars origin story is very confusing as well.
3. Some of the time travel changes are confusing.
4. Time remnants
I've read the Arrowverse Wiki article on time remnants. To be honest, it was easier to understand spin quantum mechanics than this bs.

At this point the teacup example that Jay used in season 3 has been grounded to dust, maybe even atomized. Time travel is never straightforward, so you either need rules like Steins Gate, or comedy like Back to the Future. But that's expecting too much out of Flash writers.

I remember an interview with one of the writers around season 3, and he said they were driving themselves crazy in the writers room trying to figure out rules from time travel and how to keep things consistent and he said they had a major breakthrough when they realized it was all made up anyway and they could just create the rules as they go. And he said this as if it was a good thing. I knew at that point that the time travel would never be anything close to consistent

Well, "past" and "future" are matters of perspective. Even if Barry travels to the Future, that still creates a "Flashpoint" of some sort for the people in the future, including Nora herself.

You missing a Major fact, from the first episode of the show it was already set in an alternative timeline that was created by Wells causing barry to gain his powers a couple years earlier.
Actually the lack of time wraiths in season 1 make sense. The first time Barry “Time traveled” he didn’t really time travel, kinda just turned back time, explains no time wraiths. The second time he time traveled (In the finale) the reason there were no time wraiths was because thawne was there. In season 2 episode 17, Barry encounters his first time wraith and when thawne finds out Barry isn’t his Barry, he reveals that he knows how to keep out of the way of time wraiths.
The whole flash timeline can be explained in on line.

I used to track the timelines like obsessively like this because I love time travel stories, but I gave up around Crisis. There's so many inconsistencies that the writers weren't even trying to keep track of by season 5 and 6 🙃
7:30 it actually makes complete sense when you go insane, time remnants are fragments of timelines that don’t actually exist, but exist because they need to to make the current timeline exist, if they’re stopped before they cause said timeline (like the reverse flash) bad things happen, but if it’s after like Zoom’s time remnant presumably was, it causes no ill effects on the timeline, as its the equivalent of killing an alternate earth version of yourself.

And you know the funny thing. For season 8 they could have given the excuse on why Barry doesn't remember key events because he was either visiting the speedforce or he was dropping something off somewhere. And that could be the excuse on why he didn't remember all the things that happened
on Supergirl that show had other universe's doppelgangers show up. in one episode she goes to a bar she's friends with the owner and him and his doppelganger then became co-owners and live on earth prime as brothers. speaking of the rules and inconsistencies, that show was ok with post crisis having people popping up on earth prime while on Batgirl there being 2 of Kate's sister around meant their existence was hurting each other that one had to die
The arrowverse has no consistency when it comes to the effect that other shows and crossovers have on each other
@G.I. Gio ironically legends of tomorrow is my favourite by owning up to its wacky nonsense and wearing its craziness openly. I can't remember which show it was for but one of the producers i think admitted there wasn't really much communication between the shows to know much of what the post crisis version of for the previous seasons of each shows then looked like. it was just "well if you want to reuse an old villain then you can change it to whatever you want it to be now". as for inconsistencies, i think between the flash (even within itself) and legends of tomorrow, i'm sure they've used time remnant usually to refer to the past self that is now on a different path but a few times they've called the version that travelled back in time as the time remnant. like in the second season finale of LoT the future versions of the legends i think are referred to as remnants at one point when it should be their past selves. that might be me either mishearing or misremembering it.
One side note that also about "trouble with timelines and stuff" is that they had it be because Harry and Jessie were on Earth 2 they weren't affected by Flashpoint and when they returned in season 3 they were able to see that there were changes. suggesting there's a rule that if you're on another earth then you're free to remember your timeline and be unaffected. which feels like it should have some implications. but its just an asspull to say "er yeah post flashpoint they're still ok as we don't wanna deal with what differences they might have gone through". its brought up by them not knowing the "new time lab" or whatever it was that wasn't there pre-flashpoint. surely it would have been fine to have them recognise it from their experience in the rewrote version of season 2 but ok.

There are a few more details I should mention that breaks the lore of the Arrowverse after Crisis. "pulls out presentation stick"
1. Apparently Jay is alive because Henry Allen is dead on Earth 1, so Jay can't get erased. But.....that doesn't make sense either. I need to point out the matter that Jay and Henry would've grew up on the same Earth together, which means they've should've both died a long time ago or something.
2. When Thawne created Reverse-Flashpoint, it should've permanently erased the present timeline that Team Flash lives in. Ex: You know when Despero murders all of Barry's friends? .....That shouldn't have been possible because the timeline should be gone.
3. Gio, you should use this for your Season 8 video. The Negative Forces want to kill Barry because he disrupted the cosmic balance or something when he took Thawne's speed.....Yet there's not problem with Thawne trying to kill Barry all these years? Also, isn't it confusing that the Negative Forces have existed since the beginning of time when Barry created the Positive Forces?

In fact even if I were to agree that those seasons are bad, I would say it's not because Barry is dumb.....It's because the villains are underpowered and might not be as competent as their comic versions.
I’m just confused, since the Negative Speed Force was something Thawne made to combat the actual Speed Force that Barry had. So how would the Negative Speed Force be there since the beginning of time if it was made as a sorta rip off the the og Speed Force
i thought they went with "Jay and Joan transferred over to earth-prime they were remade as separate people and no longer alternate doppelgangers of Henry and Nora"? that still doesn't cover the other issues of them growing up on the same earth and having the same face as Barry's parents but yeah officially i'm pretty sure its that post crisis and the newly formed earth-prime included having it be "these people are universally recognised as earth-prime Jay and Joan, not earth 3(?) Henry and Nora".
However, that doesn't fully cover it as there's the question of Jay's appearance on Stargirl. According to the actor its supposed to be the same version of Jay which would suggest that post crisis he's from THAT Earth and then at some point in the last decade ish moved to Earth Prime

Eddie is Eobard’s ancestor. When Eddie killed himself, Eobard Thawne/ Reverse Flash is never born, which should erase all of Season 1 for if Eobard was never alive, Nora Allen wouldn’t have died, Henry wouldn’t be in prison for 15 years, and particle accelerator wouldn’t have been created, meaning Barry Allen would not have become the Flash.

6:20 you could argue that the first time travel Barry did was not enough for the time wraiths to care about. Or it could be possible that there aren't enough time wraiths for all of the multiverses and all the different speedsters. There is also the possibility that they simply do not care if a speedster time travels for the first time and it is simply a "test drive" or a that they don't notice a speedster time travel until after the first time travel explaining why they go after Barry the second time he does.
I don’t think Thawne was being serious when he said “You just ran out of luck” about the Time Wraiths. I think it was a little joke. What I think the reason they didn’t attack Barry in season 1 is because the speed force knew what was going to happen so they show Barry a speed mirage of his future self time traveling and then Barry time travels and alters the timeline, saving Central City. Like the speed force told Barry that they let him create flashpoint because it knew Barry was hurting from his father's death in season 3.
You forgot the timeline that we only ever see in the flashback when the original Barry Allen fights against Thawne in their living room. But otherwise well done, I stopped keeping track of the timelines after Crisis because I knew the writers would just use it as an excuse. I was so invested at the time during season 3, I did an almost 6 page rewrite for Savitar to have him make sense and not in a way that would have cost them more money. Since it was all replacements for their dialog scenes. The only time it got worse was Crisis, I had stopped caring and just enjoyed it for what it was without thinking. But Crisis was so bad I went a little crazy and did a major 14 page rewrite of several points and key changes that I still think they would have been do able since I was careful as to not put anything in it that they clearly couldn't afford. It would even have saved them money since I would have removed certain characters either somewhat and one in particular all together.
i would just like to add that if Nora and Bart in season 7 came back from 2042... Nora (confirmed 26 years old) was born in 2016.

I didn’t realize this before but I like how they killed reverse flash who is immune to paradoxes with a paradox but Zoom who is just a regular speedster was completely unaffected by a paradox

I just realized Barry dosent need to tell his future self anything Barry does savitar remembers so just learning that it’s because of time remnants should make Barry not summon any in the battle with savitar effectively ending the loop
The problem is that Savitar killing Iris just push Barry to much into almost insanity, so he could still using the Time Remmants to just get Savitar out of his life and the Time Remmant that survives just goes even more crazy because he knows that everyone hates him because he is fated to become Savitar. Both Barry's just... Gave up trying to changes things without Iris.
Explaining this timeline is a running joke in my family cause both my dad and sibling cant really get it. It goes over their heads. At least my sib gets multiverses while my dad is still confused after watching loki I had to explain it and he still only gets half of it. So whenever I just want to make them confuse I just start talking about this timeline with the little knowledge I have cause I droppedthe show after the Thinker was the villian.

Y’know for the Time Wraith thing they could’ve just put a LIMIT on the Amount of time a speedster can travel through. Thawne and Zoom have been traveling for weeks-Months Years- Where as Barry traveled for one day- so the time wraiths could’ve just been like- “It’s not a WEEK- He’s fine-“
It's so sad I actually liked s1-4, 1-2 are amazing and 3-4 are guilty pleasures but I couldn't even enjoy it anymore
Also on top of that when barry went into the speed force while nora was time travelling 52 times. wouldnt barry come out of the speedforce way before nora was done trying to fix the timeline because the speedforce is a place outside of time?
I just can't wait to see how they are going to handle this new Captain Boomerang. Is he the son of Digger Harkness, Owen Mercer? And/ or the half brother of Bart Allen like in the comics?

- Time remnants are from different time lines which has no affect on the main timeline which we are seeing
- Savitar not remembering yet saying past barry can’t affect him, he prob used the time paradox eobard thawne as an example since barry didn’t know as much as him
They the flash timeline is so broken I wonder if the next few will break the dc universe or so forth. Already the arrow universe is so fused.
