Sleep Token is the #1 artists in music right now for me. You can’t put them in a single musical genre box. That’s what I truly love about these dudes. The album is a masterpiece. It’s literally exhausting to get through fully because of the amount of emotion in this album. This album is Vessel’s therapy and you can tell he’s been through some true life trauma and by the end of the album you can hear and feel some healing happening. It’s literally amazing.
Just FYI apparently this is the song where Vessel reveals who he is. "Ancient Canopies" sort of completed the message. He's the dude from Backlit Canopy. And if that is actually true, man its sad. This is the end of a tragic story. You have to listen to all three albums. It is one long story of love and loss. Also notice that when is says “ just run it back given 5 whole minutes” there is exactly 5 minutes left on the track.

The memories they share, especially the part about the autumn leaves and the ancient canopies. They used to live beneath its memories and it takes me to a place with the best relationship that I've ever had in the most.
