Thank you! That means the world to us to hear. We have put a lot into this and it's so nice to hear that it's paying off. It can be hard to see being that we have such a critical eye over our own work
I look forward to the next video in the series each week as I’ve been enjoying every moment. The Sawtooth Mountains take the prize! Such beauty. Thanks for sharing with us.
What an absolutely beautiful series! Gives me flashbacks of mine and my wife’s road trip in 2019. We miss it terribly! So sorry to hear about poor Luna. ☹️
Y'all are amazing! Love following your adventures! True inspiration! Ordered a bed rack for my truck this week and hopefully an RTT here soon to start going on some of my own adventures as well!
@@BoundForNowhere Thank you! I appreciate the kind words :) Y'all keep doing what your doing! Keep up the amazing work, have fun, and be safe in your travels!
I can see why you like Idaho, it is truly beautiful. I have thought of maybe settling there from time to time, but I still love Colorado where I have lived and had many adventures for decades. Great video of your time there and has me longing for Spring to return here and summer activities.
@@BoundForNowhere I agree completely. Carried 80 lbs in one on a Brooks Range trip once, wasn't too comfortable with that much weight in it lol, but awesome for average to light loads!
@@BoundForNowhere Secret is out, but we would certainly appreciate the lack of specifics. Finding places like these is part of the fun. Gotta earn it. The backcountry is fragile :)
Can you tell me the trailhead for that river trail? This past summer was my 2nd time in Stanley. Mainly mtb’ing and hiking.Next time coming equipped with the fishing gear. Place is one of a kind.
In theory it totally should have worked right?! I mean we tried knowing full well that it was going to be a weird complicated pain of two varieties... but alas, it was awful.
HAHHA yep, accept I'm the cat lady version. She just started actually going to the bathroom outside this past year and it was exciting for us because it meant less litter being tracked around the camper
The Wild Zora brand backpacker meals are minimally processed and have expiration dates that were fast approaching. Also we kinda love backpacker meals and they always feel like a treat ;)
Did you really catch and release all of the fish caught...what a shame if that was the case (unless of course everyone was veg/vegan). Lots o places here that you must release, but plenty where you can actually eat
@@Codyd99749 no intention of dragging them down, they do great outdoor cooking sessions so just wondered if the fish made it to their BBQ's......just chill like they do.
With respect for what you are chasing and the desire for the big empty... please identify places in the west with intention. Your videos are great inspo but know that the consequences are closed hot springs, widened trails, emptied fisheries, and baron fire ring scars. The west is wild and it’s now a mission to keep it that way for all. With love, a fellow eastern explorer.
Must film... must document... must provide content to the masses... so natural...
What a trip! Fly fishing with the Tight Loops crew... too fun!
@tightloops is our ride or die
Every single episode of this series just makes my heart happy. Just beautifully done.
You are too sweet girl! I'm so happy that we can make you happy!
Wow. Simply wow. I love Idaho too...It has captured this girls heart. Thank you for taking us along on these sweet adventures.
Yep. ID doesn't quit!
Beautiful scenery, good friends, and great times. What an incredible series this has been so far.

@@BoundForNowhere i look forward to it weekly.
What beautiful places in Idaho and with you guys it gets even better! Thank you!
You are too kind! Yeah this area really caught us by surprise!
I’m so jealous of Owen learning to fly fish from the pros!
Man this is absolutely incredible, really loving this series! Thanks for this!
Oh man, that is so sweet of you! And you are so welcome!

Loving these summer videos in the winter! It's a nice change from the snowy and cold weather outside. ☀️
this has been a great series and I truly envy all of the fun you guys had!
Glad I found your channel. Love your story telling and editing. Well done. Enjoy the journey!
So relaxing like the Adventure Archives, great stuff!
Such an awesome trail. Owen is becoming quite the fly guy! Love the clips of Luna!!! See y'all next week.
Amazing scenery, great video as always.

Bad ass fishing spot! Another great episode!
Thank you so much! Yeah that is why Chase started running towards it as soon as we saw it around the bend
I’ve traveled throughout Idaho for many years and I’m going back this summer. I’m trying to figure out where y’all went and I can’t! Haha nicely done!
Wonderful hiking and fishing video, love it.
Hello family!!!! God bless you everyone!
The scenery on that hike looked beautiful. I'm envious of those hot springs! Next week's preview looks amazing. Can't wait!
Not everyday such a beautiful hike leads to a hot spring... or that any hike leads to a hot spring.
@@BoundForNowhere true. Though I like the sound of a goal like that, finding more hikes that lead to hot springs! 😃

Thank you so much! We are also wishing for warmer weather!
Nice guys! Love those Hyperlite packs, been rocking those for nearly a decade up here in Alaska, awesome for packrafting:)
YEP! They are THE best! We wore them for the JMT. Light, comfortable, and super multifunctional
@@BoundForNowhere I agree completely. Carried 80 lbs in one on a Brooks Range trip once, wasn't too comfortable with that much weight in it lol, but awesome for average to light loads!
Awesome video! Keep up the amazing work, you guys make great videos.
Aw man! Thank you! We are always learning and striving to do better. But it's nice to hear that it's working ;)
Thank you for sharing Your Journey, Awesomeness. Adding to My list for sure, many Thanks, safe travels,, Much Love.
Its our pleasure! Safe travels to you as well!
Oh and... more more more!!!!
Nice channel, and awesome video! Thanks for taking all the time to document your trip. What is the name or location of this trail?
I am a new subscriber, thoroughly enjoyed this video. Thank you! P.S. Timmy @Full Send Alaska mentioned ya’ll in a livestream today.
Oh well thank you so much for joining us on our little journey! And that is funny I will have to check it out
Tremendous editing, did you see mountain lions 🦁
Why did i not know you made youtube films......ive been following on instagram for years..... time to binge and catch up! yeeeew!!
I don't know! But better late than never!
So awesome
Thanks!
Dang...from someone that mainly films fly fishing content...what a cool adventure!! What a sweet stream!!!
#5 this morning last one uploaded to so may be working on the adventure rig soon
What happened to all these delicious fishes :))
They were released back to which they came
Make your videos longer. Great job, safe travels 👍
haha just working with the footage we have. Currently editing a 20 min episode andddddd its a ton of work
Great video as always! Though thats definitely not Idaho, must have misspoke, that's Colorado or some other place. 😉 Lol.
I will say I was worried Idahoans would be upset that we uttered the words that we like Idaho or acknowledged it's existence ;)

Bone chilling water below + scalding water from above = perfect average temp!😉 Sorry, statistics degree.

Enjoyed watching jlo 👌
So glad!
@@BoundForNowhere keep it coming ;)
Awesome episode, love it! I was wondering why you guys don't eat that nice trout for dinner??
"Hey everybody! Luna is peeing!" Sounds just like a person with their first baby. :)

👍👍👍👍
Can you give us any info on this trail?
MAK, where’s your hat from?
I was surprised you guys had dehydrated meals by the size of the packs you guys were carrying for an overnighter.

Special thanks to Tom Green for your channel Subbed and liked
I believe hot springs waterfall in modern days is called a shower
Oh wow! Can you guys just camp wherever in Idaho? How does that work? Do you need a permit?
As an Idaho native - I must pass on the first rule of Idaho: don’t talk about Idaho!
Are you guys vegetarians or vegans because you caught some definite keeper trout. That would have been a good fish fry dinner. No worries though.
Hiking in sandals 😩 no way I could do that
These are made for hiking though! We LOVE them!
Did you really catch and release all of the fish caught...what a shame if that was the case (unless of course everyone was veg/vegan). Lots o places here that you must release, but plenty where you can actually eat
We are catch and release and not vegetarians. Just want them to go on with their lives
not a shame at all. getting too interested with the specifics of other peoples lives can really drag you down.. Don't let it!
@@Codyd99749 no intention of dragging them down, they do great outdoor cooking sessions so just wondered if the fish made it to their BBQ's......just chill like they do.
