Loved the part where the magnet made sweet love to the coil.
    Very beautiful to watch.

Do you coat or brush your finished coils with glue to stop the turns from unraveling? If so, what type of glue? Thank you.

No. With the winding jig, the coil ends up being wound so tight that theres no need to coat the whole thing. I only spread a little dot of CA glue at the terminals

I don't have a 3D printer but need one, how much would you charge for printing a the whole jig and sending it to me? I can assemble I just don't have anything to make it.

I just discovered your channel when looking for a coil winder, I watched a good portion of your vids and plan to watch the rest. I have one quick question though, what diameter is the pvc you are using, because the tesla coil I am building uses 1.5'' diameter.

I would like to know the diameter of the freewheel adapter so that my software can scale your file correctly. is that possible? Is 37mm correct? thanks

With all these 3D printing projects using 'plastics', I do wonder if the material
s are recyclable. I reclaim items from Goodwill, no need for me to produce another object for the landfill.
