With all they put on that trailer but there’s no hot wate?, that I don’t understand it’s a nice trailer I think it has too much stuff wondering if they make it more of a base model? can you get it with hot water?
No my friend no hot water. This trailer is not for everyone. It's for the Hard-core Tent camper with a A/C and better protection.
But you could get a portable tank to you can attach to you LP tank. I have a couple customer who have added the hot shower set and are pleased with it.
You may want to tell people what model of Jeep can tow that trailer. A Cherokee won't have a problem but a Wrangler will only get about 2,000 lbs.There would be a safety issue if they have a Wrangler.

2023 Jeep Wrangler WHEN PROPERLY EQUIPPED 4-door models can have a maximum tow capacity of 3,500 lbs.

wrangler are rated at 3500 the new 2024 are rated at 5000. they have no problem pulling this but for sure less weight the better maybe not filling that 40 gallon tank up

Torsion beam suspension basically limits this to graded dirt or gravel roads..
Encore is coming out with the Overland Package this year. They will have a Timbren Axle suspension with a Mac Coupler. Is that more what your looking for?

You kind of glossed over that refrigerator their chief so what is it a 12-volt or is it the antique propane fridge?
All of the refrigerators in the ROG Adventure Trailers are 12V. Encore has an incredible mounting system that makes removing and installing the refrigerator quick and easy. Most manufactures screw a strap to the side of the refer…Encore’s system has a bracket mounted to the floor on the rear that centers the refer into the correct position via two guides that are mounted to the bottom rear of the refer, once it is slid back in place, a front bracket slides on the bottom front of the refer and pins the refers two front feet down so the refer can’t move and then the bracket is screwed into place…removing is just the opposite.
I gather a pathfinder can tow it as it says 6000 lbs.

Yes to the Nissan Pathfinder dry weight with options is 2207 lbs. Yes has safety chains as well as trailer brakes. Max cargo weight is 1200 lbs. If you look under the video and click SOW MORE it will show you a lot more information. The price is 28.977.00.
Can the hitch be swapped out with an articulating hitch? What about delivery for someone that lives way out on the east coast?

The RV value is R7+. The A/C is 11,000 BTU, cools the trailer even on the HOTTEST of days. Furnace is 16,000 BTU, you can camp four seasons with no issues.

I saw in the description it will fit in a garage, but can you confirm the exact total height? I have a smaller 1 car garage but its less than a typical 8 foot door.

This camper is already slightly over the Max towing weight or 80% of gross towing weight of a JLU, which is 3500 pounds. The Gladiator is the only jeep that can safely tow this camper on and off road. This camper really is not a true "off road" camper...
There are countless Jeep Wrangler owners towing this adventure trailer safely. The trailers unloaded weight us 2200lbs. The GVWR is 3500lbs. A properly equipped four-door Jeep Wrangler can two 3500lbs, that aligns perfectly with the 3500 GVWR of the ROG 12RK. There are 5 ROG models that can safely be towed behind a properly equipped four door Jeep Wrangler. There are several other Jeeps that can also tow this trailer safely, including the Jeep Cherokee (4000lbs), Jeep Grand Cherokee (7200lbs), Jeep Gladiator (7700lbs), Jeep Grand Wagoneer (9850lbs), and Jeep Wagoneer (10,000lbs). I’m not sure what GVWR and what vehicles can or cannot tow the trailer determine if a trailer is off-road capable??
