- I'll always have a soft spot for a proggy shredding of Würm, the final part of Yes song Starship Trooper, especially when ithe Wakemans do their father-son duelling keytars party piece!
A joyous finale to a grand evening with Rick and his English Rock Ensemble, performing a selection of Yes Songs and the complete Journey to the Centre of the Earth
Adam Wakeman gives his dad a run for his money. Both fabulous keyboardists and its great to know that Adam can continue his dads legacy. Awesome performance - great to see Lee Pomeroy having such a great time. A concert to remember.
Nice capture, they seem to be having fun.
Lee Pom's is such a terrific bassist, nice to see him get a feature
Sometimes prog rock is so serious, and fun is always necessary. When I see all of them ENJOYING their jobs. Even the backup singers are there for the whole song (look at the blonde one while Lee is soloing). It's a pleasure to watch the interaction between Lee and Mollie (Lead singer). A shame I live in Barcelona and I can't go and see them in England this Autumn
There is just something magical about Rick's playing that neither of his son's or Jeff Downs or the band geeks that need 2 keyboardists to try and come only a little close but can't can duplicate him.
I approve of this performance.
went to the Bristol Beacon for the last show,,, AWESOM doesn't do the show justice,,, MIND BLOWN is more like it,,,, 😍
Simplemente fantástico .
Notice the backsinger ladies (and guy) go to Rick's keyboards after the guitar solo while Rick and Adam duels and during Rick's final Moog solo (and rotates every certain time) YES THEY ARE SHARING RICK'S KEYS! They really wanted to be in the show. And yes, they did this on every show!
Yeah, i didn't catch that. Was he just standing at rick wakemans' spot, in ricks' absence?
Rick never gets old! Today and the 70’s he still got it! Thanks Rick!
Fab. Thanks.
Fantastic, I don't know why Rick never came back to Buenos Aires with his band. There are many of us fans in this country who always wait for him with admiration and affection. Come back soon Rick!
Te amo rick!!
I suggest the live performance of starship troopers from " keys to ascension" you can find on TH-cam....Yes at their best, especially Steve Howe and Wakeman's moog solos
Absolutely brilliant esp the solo between Adam and his dad can't wait to see them at Cropredy
Molto positivo ❤
That is real cool !
Wakeman family!🎹🎹🎹🎹🎹🎹🎼🎶🎵🎶🎵🎶🎵🎶🎵🎶🎵🎶🎵🎶🎵🎶🎵🎶🎵

Wakeman was wonderful - the rest... really pretty impossible to compete with Yes musically. Still great that this is still being played!
British rock ensemble is better than the today’s yes
@@MrJeremy9835 Maybe so - but I was talking about the Yes of long ago - TFTO times.
@@alanmoore2197 aaaaah of course !!! When Chris Squire and Alan White were still alive it was something else and back then with Jon Anderson it was above quietly everything
This is astounding AND its not Rick's song - although he did make it his own on Yessongs so basically its just three notes and a but of noodling.
13 marzo Roma ❤
Adam Wakeman es un fantástico tecladista pero, le falta un poquito para alcanzar a su padre Rick "The fucking master" Wakeman. Adam tiene 50 años ya y Rick estrenó "Viaje al centro de la tierra" a sus 25.
When did Rick get a "sensible" haircut?
Lol..be blind, and all the notes open.

Recorded at the bottom of a pond?
better than none!
Hand held phone videos usually don’t have the best fidelity. Often sound “ underwater “.
