I remember my therapist recommended that I take pills to help but my parents were against it cuz they thought “I was faking it” which idk why’d they say that if the doctor diagnosed me with depression and anxiety. But I’m glad you exist and make music because it really helps me

Obviously this entire song is relatable but that instrumental break really hits me. Feeling that build up of feeling yourself going insane and feeling helpless and submitting to your mind caving in on itself. And all you can do is scream at the top of your lungs as you feel yourself go numb. Feeling everything and nothing all at once. Completely overloaded.
