This is one of the biggest factors that doesn't seem to get discussed much and you usually have to go looking for the data when analyzing a company. Lots of companies look great when you take into account most factors outside of this then you find out management is getting 80% of the free cashflow value (or more) as stock. based compensation. Just kills the little guy's investment and removes the motivation for the management to improve the company or buy more shares.

this one is really good and specific i've been reviewing great companies whose number would go terrible due to compensation and i sometimes wonder who's according these packages to the executives. And they would present earnings on a Non-gaap and a Gaap perspective but it doesn't take out the fact that some ceo are incredibly paid sometimes 2 digits percentage of revenue, not even earnings mind you.
where is the police when you need them haha
