    Thanks for the recipe, best marzipan ever! The only thing I would change is just a bit less sugar.
    And make sure that the almonds are dry when you turn them in to powder

      In Belgium, we use it a lot during Christmas season. Local people just eat it as it is or use them for baking. Or they shaped it into cute little fruits. There are some recipes using marzipan on my channel, maybe you would like to check it out. 😊

    Can you make Italian meringue buttercream recipes? I failed 3times as it is too runny after I put my butter. And I feel I wasted for my ingredients 😔.

      joshua loh did u put the butter before letting the meringue cool? maybe thats why it became runny. I got the recipe if u want me to send it to u, just put ur email here.

    Wich is the difference between make Marzipan with egg white (not sure for healthy because salmonella) and to make it only with water without egg white.
    I say these, because in TH-cam much people make Marzipan with water only or egg white only.
    Wich is better for Healthy and for a better taste?
    In Germany are made the Marzipan without egg white and in Spain or how you made it in the video, are made with egg white.

      Thanks for the compliment, it is very kind of you. Personally, for me it taste better with egg whites. Perhaps you might want to try both recipes and see which taste better for you. Good luck and success.

    Can't you mix all the ingredients without making marzipan first? I mean you need to mash the marzipan too with yolk.

      No, the cake will turn out different. You need to make the marzipan first...and then store in the fridge for an hour of so.
      I know is easier just to tumble everything together. The marzipan is consider as a basic ingredients for my upcoming videos, you will know what I mean later. 😊

      Asoconta, I am not going into discussion with you. You can go google it for the history of marzipan. As far as I concern my marzipan recipe is belgium version. I am not sure where you are situated, and maybe your country has another version of this recipe. That is great I respect that...

      Hi asoconta, don't get me wrong, I appreciate your feedback. Is just that when history is involved, it is very sensitive subject. I wrote marzipan so the English speaking people can understand, and marsepein in dutch so here the local can understand. 😊
