    Another great tutorial! You are one of my favorite TH-cam instructors...you speak well, you’re very knowledgeable, precise, no jibber jabber (my pet peeve)...and I always enjoy your tutorials. Thank you so much for sharing! Stay safe, stay healthy! ❤️

      Yeah, once they start talking about why they bought their material, where they bought the material and why they painted their fingernails the color they did....I click off!

    Super cute and colorful bag! Once I used a bodkin, I never wanted to go back to a safety pin for threading through casings! So much easier to use. Thank you for the tutorial.

    I'm making my second drawstring tote for my granddaughter. The design lends itself nicely for embroidery on front and back. I made one as a beach bag (she's 3) with mermaids on the front and back, and the second is a school bag with the alphabet on one side and her name on the other. I'm sure I'll be making more of these for my second granddaughter who is only 2 months now.

    Thanks for the Cute bag video . . . I just don't like any raw edges even if it is covered with a zigzag. I think I would do it just a little different by covering that seam.(sew only one side and the for the other side I'd fold the seam and then topstitch.

    I ordered one of these totes from somebody but they're too small and the handles are too small Like to use them as a crochet bag or a purse but the handles are not realistic

      They can be made any size if it’s too small for your needs I’d recommend getting a larger version

    I'm a beginer, and often I have troubles with the PUL. My machine doesn't stitch properly in this fabric. Do you have any advice for me?

    • @LorrieNunemaker
      @LorrieNunemaker  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Maryse Bissonnette using a long stitch length 3.0-3.5 and use a teflon foot. If you don’t have a Teflon foot put scotch tape on the bottom of your foot
