    The thing I seem to struggle with the most is listening to my intuition - it has something to do with fear and the fear itself doesn't seem to be mine, yet I tend to identify with it.

    Appreciate this reminder I’ve been frustrated, but struggling with excessive levels of cortisol due to stress which is largely to do with responsibilities I cannot change. This massively creates big dips in mood which in turn makes it super hard to feel relaxed. (I also have adhd, eat healthy and regularly meditate and exercise). Wish I could stop the negative thoughts it’s a constant battle 😞

    i think if you stop believing that something else is doing things,
    or that its somewhere else that its being done, and realize its
    just your reflection which is being dreamed by you, then you can
    control what your dreaming of better.

    do you have any advise if you feel too old and ugly? Im trying to befriend the feeling and become one with it, but it is challenging. Even tho i know im not the body, it is extremely persistent. Beautiful speech btw, it may have helped chopping away a bit more of the identification.

      Learn to love your body with all its flaws. It sounds cliché but it's the answer.
