Funny how all these new-pagans want the magick annd ancquiring power and not the character building discipline of the Stoics or, I assume, the Buddhists who were trying to escape emotional attachments to this world. I am not for any paganism, but I do see that kind of Buddhism and Stoicism as noble kinds of pagan religions. They seem to be real wisdom religions of any of those kinds.
