I still think it’s a little overpriced (I can’t seem to get my head outta the pre covid prices lol!) but it seems to be on par with other properties you’ve shown. It’s a big house that’s for sure.

Oh and weirdly I prefer the first idk why is it the way the floor plan is flipped from the second? I like my stuff on the right lol

I think it's an amazing price for 5 bedrooms and 4 baths. 4 bedrooms and 3 baths would be goo price still. I'm not a fan of living on top of my neighbors but the price is good for Tampa Bay area.
I agree. These lot sizes are getting smaller and smaller 🥲
