  • I started this walk from Tanzania Public Service College at 6°49'02.8"S 39°17'52.7"E and finished beside Amani Place Business Center at 6°48'41.2"S 39°17'15.5"E.

    Thank you for taking me for those wonderful memories. I left dar almost 6 years before and still miss the climate, food, nightlife, people and opportunities. Really want to go back again...

    My memories of Far es Salaam are pre 1960 before l left for England. Don't recognise much of today's Dar ..but l had happy memories of growing up .

    Ooh men,, ..am from Tanzania ..but currently i live in Switzerland, .. it's been 4 yrs since i left that city....oooh its so amaizing how things hv change over there, ..its a wonderful video my friend. ..and your swahili is quite impressive.

    You are in the City Centre as you asked right next to the Holiday Inn City Centre Dar es Salaam. It's always where the highest concentration of high rise buildings.

      This person is not Tanzanian. We are a humble people. We spend a lot of our hard earned money inviting others to come to Tanzania. This question undermines this very notion.
      This utuber is not Carl Peters. Okay.
      We abide by the Arusha Declaration as a friendly people. mwalimu would be turning in his grave if he heard such a stupid question.
      I pray this person answers why he/she asked such a question.
      As a Tanzanian I would never ask anybody such a question. It defeats what we stand for.
