thanks for useful session but for number 5 when i try to Create Buffer Area(ISD) and during reproject step from degree to meter, the target CRS not available to select (ESPG:3857), how i can solve it ?
You’re very welcome; yes i believe it is doable through QGIS but i didn’t try it before. I will let you know if i figured it out. For other methods yes it can be done through vendor related planning tooks such as UNet(genexcloud) huawei or Atoll

Yes it should be possible if the dump have the coordinates, azimuth
