Really helpful installation Rich, pleased it’s helped with the low speed throttle response at least, perhaps further improvements can be gained with a different ‘map’ setting. Cheers.
Looks like an improvement in grunt so a successful mission Ricky it's funny how everything is always more involved than we first think it is 😉 well done 👌👍
Great video! And some great tips! I noticed you have the original KTM crash/engine guards installed. I was wondering do you feel they are enough? As in would they protect the top plastic too from a fall (at slower speeds) on asphalt for example? Or would you go for top crash bars instead? (if you had to choose one of the two). Cheers!
Ive been looking forward to your review, and have been interested in this product, but its not selling it to me (Most likely, not your intent) I'm of a generation that rides around a bikes foibles. Dont think you will ever eradicate the vibes on a 373cc single, in the same way you can shift wind turbulence about, but cabt get rid of it. The aftermarket is great at convincing us we need this and we need that, im as guilty as falling for it myself. Its amazing how often you see owners on forums, tricking their bikes up with all the toys, then putting it back to standard to trade it in, then selling off all the bits. I think ill manage to resist this one. Great video though, very helpful in bringing me to this conclusion. 👍
Hey there Soggybaws 😊 You're right my intention is not to try to sell this to anyone, only give my honest impressions... it's not night and day but I think it does have the potential to make the bike more pleasant to ride generally. The last single cylinder bike I owed was probably 30 years ago and so I am used to smoother rides so it is a case of geting used to it. However I still have to figure out something with the handlebar vibes as they aren't fun on a long ride. I'm as guilty as anyone for buying shiny things for my bikes, only to have to sell them off later - I ended up withe three spare silencers for my R1250 that I owned for less than three years! 😂😂 Thanks for your comment and I'm glad you liked the video!
@@RikkyTangto stop vibration I always use Grip Puppy’s over grips on all my bikes, they make the grip a little bigger which I like and they still let the heated grips work
I think I’m going for the light because I’m not confident I having different settings, Hiscox is not the cheapest but definitely the best service.😊👍🏍️

No problem Rob 😊 I will spend some time playing with the maps to see if I can feel the difference and make another video.

Yes thanks Mal, the gains are not huge but they are noticeable, hopefully will make it even more fun to ride!
Does this solve low end torque issue?

If I fit this on to my 2024 390 adventure will it void my warranty ?

Does the pro have automode? Which I can set and forget and not worry about changing stages ... Set a stage like AUTO
Nope. Just set it on mode 6 or 7. It's the equivalent of lite version and is suitable for most normal conditions.
Hello, Solves the shutdown problem?
Any update on which setting is the best?
@Robroy11976 sorry but I sold the bike recently. I think after the first couple of days I changed for setting 5 to 6 and then left it there.
