I just returned two Shark Steam Cleaners today!! I bought the 1st one yesterday and used it for 5-10min and then realized I shouldn't be able to put my hand in front of a steamer for 20 seconds or for as long as the light stayed off and then came back on indicating every 5-6 sec. its ready to use again, and not get burned? So back to the store I went today with it. I decided to try the exact same Shark Steamer right inside the store to find out it did the same thing, it just doesn't have the ability to produce hot steam :(
