Personally, I feel like they should raise rates. Or at the minimum keep rates where they are for a while. Prices and inflation NEED to come down. That only happens if spending slows down because it is too expensive to borrow.

So utube fam, just got news today the HVAC school I enrolled in for 6/24 is closing it doors. this was a big decision for me at 38 to make and I feel like everything happens for a reason just not sure how to process my next steps. unfortunately it's a sign of the times in America and I feel for anyone in this situation.
