Such a great feeling after 5 minutes of doing this video, allowing my shoulders to experience stillness and feeling the tingling sensation deep within the muscles. Almost like sonic vibrations, thank you for this video, it's saved in my library and I will come back to this routinely. This + a mobility routine with a 5-10 min break in between is just what I need after a long day of desk work. Thank you!
Don't listen to these negative comments! This is fast-paced and hard at first, but super beneficial. I am using this to rebuild shoulder strength after dislocating both of them and it is helping lots. The pace actually becomes really nice once you get the flow down.
"and when you're ready" "and when you're ready" "and when you're ready"....but I'm not ready because she's going quickly and I have no choice but to be ready to follow along with the video!
The video is for intermediate level practice and offers a certain kind of flow to allow your muscles to tense up and strengthen. Plenty of videos out there if you're looking for a slower-paced movement designed to relax stiffness. In my experience e-yoga is a lot of trial and error so if you find yourself stressed that you've done a video and not felt more results, you've not wasted your time, you've just learned what's not optimum at this moment for you (believe me I understand it can be frustrating at times, been doing yoga in my room for the past 4-5 years or so), but you can always come back to this video or other videos that've not worked great at a certain time when you're in the right body tune. Don't get discouraged and keep experimenting, this is the beauty of yoga, experiencing such a wide variety of physical and emotional changes. Hope this helps, namaste!
I've been lifting weights for about 6 months, so going in, i thought how hard this could be?? Turns out, quite a lot actually. But you do feel the relaxation in your shoulders after this set. Gonna incorporate it for sure.
I find all the talking distracting. I know this is how some instructors do it, but I mean it's like listening to a voice reading up a cooking recipe with absolute 0 enthusiasm or interest.
This was so hard but so perfect! Amazing shoulder and even a bit of an ab workout. I needed this 🔥

I love your videos, you're an amazing instructor! I've relieved so much stress thanks to your youtube classes.
LOVE this!

I have a superSUPER stiff back and only after 2 days doing this I can feel a difference!
Thanks!
I was as stiff as a board. Now I'm as rubbery as a rubber pencil
I dread this routine😂 but it feels so good after.
Hannahb indeed!
Damn this is so hard. I want to get in to some trickier poses and I need the strength but this is so tough!!
Did it get easier for you? :)
This is fucking killing me and I am not even sorry for swearing. Love it.
Why the caption is different from the words you say?
This was pretty okay. just hard enough for me. I'm wanting some core strengthening at this level too.
I don't think it is hard at all. I can easily do these poses. But frankly speaking I will never be good as Tara.
"for a few deep breaths" ??
too quick 👎
to quickkkkkk

Not hard at all
