Was Tara ever a dancer or has she just always done yoga? I was wondering because im a danccer and ive heard alot of dancers do yoga to help with body lines and Tara's lines are AWESOME!!!
Hi Tara I have been doing your videos for around 3 weeks and really enjoying them! Your style is really great mainly as you seem so grounded and your flows are really creative.I did Ashtanga before and so many sun salutes was nearly knocking me out ( I don't know why but I was nearly fainting) I just wish your videos were longer as I have to jump from one to another every 10 mins- any suggestions? Heidi, I love your flows too!
Hi Tara! Are there any routines available to heal diastisis recti post partum? Also, is there any concern when doing these routines that they might be harmful for one with that condition? Thanks! Love your videos!!!!
NMZ says he has a problem and has a very strong case and is a good place and it is a good idea for the best of his career as the president is not just going on in his business in a few days and he is the best person will ever be a little more confident in his own hands in this case of his career in his work for me at least one I think
Tara, how do you transition into (2:25) without hurting your neck or accidentally slipping onto your face (almost happened to me)? I like to say I have intermediate skill level, but that one... Maybe it's a strength thing? Instead I keep almost switching into a forearm stand, but I then lose my balance. Tips?
i did it once yesterday and felt like i could jump everywhere lol but now today i feel really tired and sick and have a headache so i've done it again today may i ask if iam pushing myself too hard or something? should i relax or should i continue so my body would get used to it i really fell my muscles aching and especially my right shoulder please help so i wouldn't hurt myself without knowing :)
The video would have been much better if it didn't zoom into her upper body while she was changing positions. For a brief while she wasn't even in the shot.
FINALLY a video yoga instructor who doesn't have an annoying voice. Hers is so relaxing and easy to listen to!
I do this several times a week. It's fun to feel myself making progress!!

Was wondering if you have more beginner stretch for yoga. Like for people who are rather stiff and can't do a full split yet.

2:24 uh huh..... not gonna happen :P but i DID manage to do the splits and the back stretch, so yay!
Try using blocks or books under your hands. When you can't reach the ground make the ground come to you.
I got everything but the elbow stand thing. I've been a gymnast since I could walk and I still can't do that.

Wow. I have no idea how to go from the downward dog split to whatever that hand stand was...and the back bend!!! I did it but ouch! lol
real entire body stretch, though too much close up on the video. maintaining some fix distance or angle will be better rather than close up the video

the close ups don't assist in seeing the poses. Shame it ruins the ability to move along. I would suggest NOT doing useless closeups.
