Your system is good but the internet connection is bad, just download the file using good bandwidth

Thank You for clear explanation. When I stall, it shows an error like this -- The installation folder chosen: 'c:\wamp"
‘seems not to be Wampserver's. It lacks the file(s):
wampmanager.conf
wampmanager
wampmanager.tpl
wampmanager.exe
