Thank you for visiting Australia MCN. Deus is such a cool place to go. But while you're here you need to ride the Old Pacific Highway north of Sydney, and through the Kangaroo valley south. There's no shortage of great rides in this country. Just watch out for the wildlife.
Where do they come up with all those old vertical twin Kwakasakis? Love the look and riding position. Stainless tanks and fenders look classy too. You know a mass produced Bimmer, Honda or Harley would never turn my head but these machines would have my face in 'em asking questions.
kineticsurf The W650 vertical twin is a popular ride in Japan. You can get one for about $3000 Aussie money - probably less at auction. They probably just buy them from Japanese auctions and ship them over. The W800 (injected) has replaced the 650 and there are quite a few of them too.
This is a cool bike shop but CMC in Derbyshire is quite close to being as good, lots of retro bikes, loads of sportbikes, a new factory outlet and a fantastic cafe.
awesome bikes, gotta get a bonny, old skool carb model 08 max. after 08 they they cheap n nasty and made in thailand.. love the old skool bikes.they are rare here in uk,all plastic missiles n power rangers!!
23k for a cafe SR400...fuk me, I just sold my 560 SR500 cafe , forged-crank (long-stroke) pistons/rod, worked-head, 40mm flatslide , vented drum-front ,Wires, stainless guards etc,etc , for 6k NZD, in 2021...Must've been worth 30K ASD
@spoddog1 He mate. Its just my opinion. I saw a Bellstaff Jacket in there for $1,150,00 now if thats not tackin the piss what is?. Do you work there perhaps? Good luck to you if you want to buy one f their bikes. They look okay from a distance, but check out the poor finish on the fabrication.. WAY TOO expensive.
Bloody fuck mate! That MT-01 is still there for over $30K. MT-01's are $18K new... I got mine for $10K... bonza! Therein lies the reason why it isn't the mecca it should be.
i went there today amazing shop and people..my mate is looking to get a new bike in the next month and me at the end of the year..the guys there knew that and they took us all around the shop and out to theworkshop..two other mates live around the corner and they go to the cafe regularly..and there is a pretty hot asian chick working the counter! and in the workshop there is some hot babes on the wall and an imaculate workshop..make a morning out of it and go to deus..
Can't fault a business for filling a demand and making 1000's of % profit, wish I'd done it!! I agree totally they're over priced but guess what so is your morning Latte - cost 15 pence max, you pay £3.45. So are your Nike Air's - cost Nike £5, you pay best part of £100. Free market economy!!
gorgeous bikes built there..... But way to overpriced.... Build it ya self... this shop caters to alot of yuppies who dont even own a screwdriver set let alone milling, taps, welders etc etc.
Been a huge fan of Deus and WrenchMonkees for ages - it's great seeing MCN featuring Deus - keep it up!
Cool to see their shop after seeing so many if their cool bikes and vids.
