I just got 2 multiple from the same litter a week ago they will be 10 weeks tomorrow. They are total adorable. Two different personalities the boy is a busy be the girl is so chill and calm. He is definitely jealous and wants to be held all the time and cries all the time if he doesn’t get his way. Trying to get him to listen.
I completely recommend maltipoos! I got my baby lilo about 3 months ago and I AM IN LOVE! She is very smart, cuddly and has her own little character! I wouldn’t trade her for ANYTHING! (:

They are very affectionate and will defend their owners, as well as keep you alert. The only issue with the breed is that most have bladder issues and have to urinate almost every hour to 2 hours. Other than that, great dogs

Just lost my Multipoo, Louie, three days ago. He was just ten years old and developed severe cataracts just two years ago for which I was administrating a shot of insulin twice per day to cope with his diabetes. I would like to think that both Louie and I were just unlucky, i shall never forget him and put him to rest in my back yard. Loved him dearly and would consider the same breed as a replacement.
I just got a Maltipoo a week ago, I name him Max, he's sweet, smart and energetic. He's just 6 weeks old, for some reason he's so smart that he won't poop in the house or in his crate, whenever I take him out, that's when he poops🤩 even though I haven't trained him to do that. I love to hear all of that,, I’ve been searching for one for quite awhile now and I’ve had some really bad experiences as far as being scammed out of money!.. and more than once. Their not cheap anyway so I did have some emotional breakdowns’ My husband couldn’t stand to see me that heartbroken. He said that when I was ready to start my search again, that we’d just try and find a breeder closer to our state. And that we would drive to pick her up. Well. I’ve been searching again for a few months now and just showed him yesterday at how cute the Maltipoo’s were, because I’d only thought that I could get a little female Maltese puppy because I’d had one a few years ago and she was my very first pet inside, and I had no idea just how much she’d win us over with her amazing personality, joy, sweetness and such loyalty as great little companion. She was everything to me and We were blessed to have had her n our lives for those 13 amazing years. I’m new to Maltipoo ownership. I bought 2 sisters at 4 months old and they are one of the most gentle breeds I’ve been around. I previously had a chiwauwau. She died after 12 years. I wanted a friendly breed for my grandkids and they are perfect. I love them so much! They’re six months old now. They are puppy pad trained but still have accidents. Still working on that. Lol
I just got my baby Charlie! He’s an adorable Maltipoo, I got from craigslist. I totally recommend one! They’re smart, sweet, and adorable! Of course they need to be trained tho. He likes to chew on a lot of shoes and socks. I have no regrets getting him❤️❤️
Ours is 16 years old now.. you can tell his hips bug him but when we let him out to go potty in the morning he runs back inside like he’s a 2 year old puppy again. Love my little Bandito ❤️

The two are obsessed with one another, with continual laughter and thr pups hyper activity flying around their roomy department. Thr pup is ,ad abojt the little girl amd gets so excited meetimg her from school. Chloe picke her ip a lot amd cuddles her all the time but despite worrying thr pup seems happy with that. She is gprgeous little dog adored her ping pong ball which we recommend as more wanted than sny pther toy

Hi Keisha, I'd say you won't have to worry too much. Left your Maltipoo alone at home for a few hours is not a big deal, but they prone to suffer from separation anxiety to be honest. Keep this in mind if you have to leave for a longer period of time. Do some precautions to keep your dog mentally stimulated throughout the day. For example, use a Kong toy or play a long video that's specifically for dogs to watch. Hope this helps.
My Maltipoo is a "velcro dog" and there are few and far between moments when I can leave my room and I hear NOTHING from her and then the rest of the time, she sits at the door, whining and howling, waiting for my return. Never ONCE have I Ever "made" her get stressed and excited (in a bad way) from me coming and going from my room. I grab my stuff, I walk out. When I walk in, I make no contact, and she will either: 1) do her "crack run" when I've come back (usually from running errands), or 2) stand there and watch me for a response to her unwavering whining and howling, for Whatever reason. I don't pay her Any attention UNTIL I am on my bed and comfortable. I will either tell her to "lay down" and she goes to my feet and lays down, OR she might want to play fetch, so I wait till She gives me her chosen toy and play till she decides she's had enough, OR I will start to crochet or watch tv on my bed and she realizes that it's time to just chill out and she'll find a spot next to me and pass out. Every single day is Seriously a "hit or miss" with her right now.

She is wonderful with my grandchildren and I always make sure that they never tease or pull at her. She's our 4th pet in the 43 years my husband and I have been together and now after a very full house, it's just the 3 of us and she brings great joy and in these trying times I love having a little warm body to cuddle. She's only 10months old so I have great hopes. Our last fella was Arthur a which Tzu who was very tepremental but poor little fella had to go to the kennel in the sky because of health problems and our hearts and home felt empty without a four legged friend. Along came miss Polly and now she is in for some de - velcroing. I would recommend this little breed to anyone. Keep safe people and ❤️ to all the pet owners out there.
@@mariankelly8224 I now have 2 Kong toys, for their size, and I now put a tsp of peanut butter in the smaller one and a small amount of food Or treats in the slightly bigger Kong. I have another food/treat toy, that's shaped like an egg and it has a hole at both ends. She has NOT figured out how to get the food/treats out of that one yet, so I've just left it on the floor for her to just get used to it. Any time I have to run errands and she can't come along, I fix the Kongs and it is S L O W L Y doing the trick of her not caring that I may be gone for more than hour. But as soon as I walk through the front door, she Knows it's me and the fits start coming from my bedroom!! 🤦♀️🤦♀️😬😬😂😂

My 9 month Maltipoo is the Instigator in our house because she's the youngest. She's a challenge, to say the least. She has most contact with my dad's 5 year old Shih Tzu. Not so much with my brother's 2 dogs....
My maltipoo is such a picky eater is no joke! He is 1 year old and Got him when he was 9weeks. At first he was on Royal canin but a few months ago I changed his food to Wellness complete health small breed and he loves it. I add a teaspoon or so of melted coconut oil and he devours his meal and on special occasions I boil chicken and add it too. Just find ways to make the food interesting with veggies or even the chicken flavored baby food from Gerber

I have maltipoo 1,5 year. I don't know why she's always look bored inside home. We bring her walk outside to garden and play with others dog regularly. But after back to home, she looks bored again. She looks happy if only go to outside and play with others.
Describing any animal as 'a living stuffed toy', is an insult to any animal, and encourages humans to treat them badly! This week, I adopted a Maltipoo from a shelter where she was about to be killed for being totally terrified and threatening to bite. She was put in a crate and shipped from LA to northern Washington State, accompanied by van load of noisy barking dogs, one with a head larger than her entire body. To say she was scared would be an understatement. We are now on Day Four. She has come out of her shell, gone on walks to local parks with my other dog, and takes naps on my lap. She is totally adorable! Please, if you want a dog, adopt from a shelter, never buy. There are thousands of dogs being killed daily for lack of space, and not enough homes for them all. Please rescue, you will be sure to find a little creature waiting to be your perfect soulmate!
I have a multiple called Rajah and she is wild and so wild. I put her in a book. And she always likes this red Kong ball, but she broke it which was weird now let me tell you the story of Raja fighting that red Kong ball so it all started like when Raja was I don’t know one and now she’s too, so she was with some people and then suddenly somehow her teeth well I brush them too much and it broke the Kong ball

Not only is the maltipoo gentle and intelligent, they are also very expensive lol. That $800 to $900 a month cost made it look ugly for a second there jejeje
Same with ours. We bought some Bitter Cherry spray to spray on our feet and hands. She first licks it off but then she realizes she doesn’t like the bitter taste. We have to spray multiple times but eventually she’ll stop

Provide a toy stuffy and train the dog to grab the stuffy when it gets too excited. Our dog always did this whenever we got home to self soothing and calm down.
Poodles don’t shed either. I’ve raise and buried 2 that lived to 14 yrs. They are brilliant and loving. Never owned Maltese or mix but they look precious.
Get the toys and when you see them chewing on something they’re not supposed to offer a toy instead and when they are young they sleep a lot enjoy it lol it won’t last long
I recently purchased an adorable black and white “parti” puppy. I paid a ridiculous price and the puppy was supposed to be a pure bred toy Poodle. Somehow the breeder even managed to get the puppy registered with the American Kennel Club. After I got him, I had a DNA test performed and found out my little Connor is 27% Maltese and 63% Poodle making him a Maltipoo (mutt/ mixed breed/Heinz 57). Pick your favorite term. The bottom line is he is not a purebred dog and therefore any of those terms apply. I love him to pieces and wouldn’t give him up for anything, but my little precious baby is unfortunately a mutt. I just don’t tell him that. 😉
Poodles are widely recognized as the second smartest dog breed after border collies. Since Maltipoo's are half poodle it's not unreasonable to assume they can get that intelligence.

My 9 month Maltipoo is the Instigator in our house because she's the youngest. She's a challenge, to say the least. She has most contact with my dad's 5 year old Shih Tzu. Not so much with my brother's 2 dogs....

My maltipoo is such a picky eater is no joke! He is 1 year old and Got him when he was 9weeks. At first he was on Royal canin but a few months ago I changed his food to Wellness complete health small breed and he loves it. I add a teaspoon or so of melted coconut oil and he devours his meal and on special occasions I boil chicken and add it too. Just find ways to make the food interesting with veggies or even the chicken flavored baby food from Gerber

I don't know why she's always look bored inside home. We bring her walk outside to garden and play with others dog regularly. But after back to home, she looks bored again. She looks happy if only go to outside and play with others.

Describing any animal as 'a living stuffed toy', is an insult to any animal, and encourages humans to treat them badly! This week, I adopted a Maltipoo from a shelter where she was about to be killed for being totally terrified and threatening to bite. She was put in a crate and shipped from LA to northern Washington State, accompanied by van load of noisy barking dogs, one with a head larger than her entire body. To say she was scared would be an understatement. We are now on Day Four. She has come out of her shell, gone on walks to local parks with my other dog, and takes naps on my lap. She is totally adorable! Please, if you want a dog, adopt from a shelter, never buy. There are thousands of dogs being killed daily for lack of space, and not enough homes for them all. Please rescue, you will be sure to find a little creature waiting to be your perfect soulmate!

I have a multiple called Rajah and she is wild and so wild. I put her in a book. And she always likes this red Kong ball, but she broke it which was weird now let me tell you the story of Raja fighting that red Kong ball so it all started like when Raja was I don’t know one and now she’s too, so she was with some people and then suddenly somehow her teeth well I brush them too much and it broke the Kong ball
Just bought a 8 weeks old maltipoo. My problem is he is peeing on the wood floor even though training pads are around. Now he is 10 weeks old.
Keep trying put the pads where he pees and call to his attention when he pees and say bad dog and take him where he peed my pup is 7 months and has a designated spot where he pees now hell still have an accident here and there but it’s better than before
Not only is the maltipoo gentle and intelligent, they are also very expensive lol. That $800 to $900 a month cost made it look ugly for a second there jejeje

Same with ours. We bought some Bitter Cherry spray to spray on our feet and hands. She first licks it off but then she realizes she doesn’t like the bitter taste. We have to spray multiple times but eventually she’ll stop

Provide a toy stuffy and train the dog to grab the stuffy when it gets too excited. Our dog always did this whenever we got home to self soothing and calm down.

Poodles don’t shed either. I’ve raise and buried 2 that lived to 14 yrs. They are brilliant and loving. Never owned Maltese or mix but they look precious.

Get the toys and when you see them chewing on something they’re not supposed to offer a toy instead and when they are young they sleep a lot enjoy it lol it won’t last long

I recently purchased an adorable black and white “parti” puppy. I paid a ridiculous price and the puppy was supposed to be a pure bred toy Poodle. Somehow the breeder even managed to get the puppy registered with the American Kennel Club. After I got him, I had a DNA test performed and found out my little Connor is 27% Maltese and 63% Poodle making him a Maltipoo (mutt/ mixed breed/Heinz 57). Pick your favorite term. The bottom line is he is not a purebred dog and therefore any of those terms apply. I love him to pieces and wouldn’t give him up for anything, but my little precious baby is unfortunately a mutt. I just don’t tell him that. 😉
Intelligent? I highly doubt that
Poodles are widely recognized as the second smartest dog breed after border collies. Since Maltipoo's are half poodle it's not unreasonable to assume they can get that intelligence.
