I think he says "our love will not be lost" but I like your version a lot
From this perspective with his acting, this is one hell of an uplifting song. Really cool concept
Fiero singing this too her is the perfect image, and you can't change my mind.
I do think this still could have worked with no lyric change. It would be just as impactful.
