If the Chinese bought Fisker automotive, how is the current real Fisker able to name his company Fisker? I would assume the Chinese still have the rights to that name?

Fisker asks arround 70.000€ for the car. We have a war in europe, an incompetent government and every week a big company announces bankruptcy or that they move abroad or reduce stuff. Great time to sell expensive EVs which lose value faster than the tires they come with 😅
