    What I always do: I advertise in local newspapers, as many landlords are old and still read newspapers. It always works for me, but it has to be in German.

      @@Hannah_Ozz The advantage is that people call you, so they want something from you, it shifts (psychology).
      Disadvantage: you should be able to speak some German. (Maybe a German friend, for new expats?). Greetings!
