Some tips for you Misty so you can dominante with Gryphon: -Hyper Armor on parrys -Guardbreak into wall splat guarantees kick or top heavy for some massive damage -Hyper Armor on heavy finishers -On light parry you can do Nature's Wrath -When starting light combo on same side that guarantees 2nd hit instead of finishing it with heavy finisher feint it and usually starting another combo will track and hit dodging characters. Example: Light light (same side), feint heavy and then light light and so on. -Some times you can delay the heavy finisher (takes practice) -When starting light combo on same side you can just finish it with the 2nd guaranteed hit and try guardbreaking. (Players usually dodge so the don't get hit with the kick or the heavy finisher). It's more of a gamble, sometimes it works and some dosen't.
So, I won't really address yall individually, I'm just gonna make a few points. The directional blocking means a guaranteed hit every time if you time it correctly. You can directional block in any direction except backwards as well, meaning you can also directional block a downward attack. So, in reality, it's the same as a parry as it is a guaranteed heavy hit every time it blocks it. With this ability, I rarely even have to parry, however I still do so in specific situations. All in all, insulting me and questioning the tactics of a Kensei main is just poor taste. I make a harmless comment about a great point, and you go in to the throat? I just feel bad for yall xD
Yeah hopefully they make it better. 4s seem to be the worst. I've had normal enemy attacks go through my static block, parried people before any indicators or animations are shown (by luck or a really predictable opponent). Idk if people using old gen on wifi will ever get more stable but maybe paired connection wasn't the way to go..

In all honesty tho that was a good conq player, that's how you play conq, since he literally has nothing else to use, Misty even demonstrated that throwing attacks just gets you parried so blame the for honor dev team for shitty character design not the conq player.
