so i saw someone else play this while watching wander, and, apperently you can use the map to throw things like berry bushes ACROSS THE ENTIRE WORLD!!!! meaning go out, grab bushes, throw them back to your base so you have berries to farm there :O, this game has QoL that most devs stand to learn from!
I got raided twice and also aggroed a camp of poachers, so there's definitely combat. It's interesting you never got raided, it must've been bugged for you. Both raids were 15 thugs, with 3 waves of about 5 each. I got nailed by the poachers (they have guns), and surrounded by about 5-6 poachers and thugs and lost my crown on the second raid, and during the 5 second respawn timer got the message of thanks for playing the demo. I think it has a lot of potential, especially with the fun movement and multiplayer aspect. It does suck you forgot to try out the greatsword and its helicopter move though.
I figured this out yesterday actually. If you defeat all the bandits BEFORE a raid, you don't get raided. So I started building and managing first two days of the season and the last day I do Bandit and Tuskar hunting and resource gathering.
@@lakesideghoul Thanks, that's good to know. Hopefully that sticks around for launch. The poachers with their guns seemed to have a rather long range, so maybe at some point your monarch gets access to guns or can take a gunner with them.
Movement and combat mechanics looks super fun ! Once you discovered that you can use certain equipment to help your village , made it instantly nicier to watch . About trees , maybe if you dont touch the tree stump , it will regrowth ? Keep it up ! that was a nice video to watch :D

With how powerful your character is, perhaps this should be a medieval themed demideity game, where you play as a divine child trying to build their divine domain. Anyway, I would have liked to see the other weapons and things your character can equip. It looked like you could change your appearance.

This dev needs to be working on a platform game or action rpg! That sprinting is better than modern sonic and the wall hangs and slides are better than most Mario games. Hell spiderman ps4 isn’t even as good as this game at the feeling of super strength

Game looks cool but watching this hurts. 1 if you replanted the tree saplings you picked up the villagers wouldn't be walking far away. 2 This is the same for all those berry bushes move them inside so they can harvest nearby instead of wandering bush to bush. 3 The other thing the out houses said they help 5 villagers in proximity. Which means having 3 next to each other with only 5 villagers within proximity is pointless
why do i feel like the moment this gets popular enough, nintendo is gonna patent the slow fall twirl (from their mario games) to sue this game like they did with palworld? all this scummy business exploiting to bully cool new indie games into the ground has overwritten my excitement for cool new indie games with worry for them instead 😩
@@Ultimatum881 i mean you're not wrong either, since the "pokeball patent" they're using against palworld involves game mechanics used by pocket pair since 2020 with craftopia, and WoW since 2012 for their battle pets thing. they will not hesitate to claim popularly utilized game mechanics as their sole property if it makes them money

@@wanderbots thats another part of the problem 0 quality control look at how many of those games are worse than arcade quality graphics... have 3-5 hours of gameplay and how many games up there as early access for years... sometimes DECADES

Playing this game on the rog ally, runs amazingly. Great gameplay. And i absolutely love the movement. Cannot wait for it to fully release
