Honestly, The Knights Of Ren could've been the Star Wars version of the Nazgul's. But instead, they were just there to look cool and that's about it. They were criminally underused.

Even with the comics The Knights of Ren were so underused and just look cool and used as display pieces in the 9th Installment then just thrown away after their “purpose” is full filled. I do see that The Knights could’ve been a much better Inquistors if they were properly trained under Sidious as apposed to Vader. They seemed like the followers that would’ve been completely loyal to Sidious similar to the Royal Guards, but would do his bidding as he pleases.
I am sad that the knights of ren were not used well in the movies. They seemed to be so cool, but they turned out to be a gang level threat.
Not only that but most scenes with them was just them standing around menacingly, thats it

Imagine if there was a direct sequel to Return of the Jedi were the rest of the Hutt Crime Family plots revenge on Han Solo and Lando for the death of Jabba. The story could they put out a Bounty on their heads and as Leia tries to run for the Chancellor of the New Reform Republic in the wake of Sidious's death, various highly trained Bounty Hunters do individual types of Assassination attempts on the 3 of them. Luke (growing more powerful) is dealing with a new rogue Sith.

The new Sequel Trilogy in my opinion had a Missed Opportunity and not fleshing out the Specific role of the Knights of Ren. I really think having just a piece of the story explaining Keylo's involvement with the Knights would have given the Audience more of a complete character arc of Keylo Ren. They really Fudged Ben Solo's Bad Guy quality, now in Hindsight, I hoping the next Star War Trilogy Writers and Director will be given more time to make better Characters in the next Slate of Films

The knights of Ren had such potential , but as like everything else in modern Disney they turned out to be a pathetic failure .
They could have been a rebirth of the ancient Sith Order , but instead they turned out to be a galactic wannabe street gang .
As a wise man once said " The saddest thing in life is wasted potential " .
I think it’s important they not be Sith because Anakin and Luke were meant to eradicate all Sith. All of them have combined force power, but only Ren is shown actually using certain basic force abilities, so they’re not that much of a threat as true Sith.
That said, they did face off against Vader and Luke and survived to tell the tale, so that gives them major street cred

I am honestly impressed that run survived battle with the dark Lord of the Sith Darth Vader and did not tell anything about it to his own grandson Ben solo also known as Kylo Ren who wishes to finish what Darth Vader started all of those years ago during the reign of the empire

Way MORE developed an way more powerful in about every way too. Even her actress agrees she's mostly a badly written Mary Sue. They broke the original cannon even MORE then it was with this sequel trilogy

Is anything housed in a deceased person's place ACTUALLY ACLAIMED by them anymore?? I'm more inclined to think not an that this less a thieving mission an MORE a retrieval one. Least I'm assuming Vader is gone unless I missed something.. This seems like something cherry picked by the movie as they showed up like or clearly was working with reborn Sideous OR if not knew enough to figure out he'd be headed there at some point.. the movie was vague an at times didn't make a ton of sense or explain some stuff
