From identifying consistent margins for high-volume items (ores, bones) to first-to-market raking (torstol seeds, glories) to niche market absurdity (ornate maul handle), it's so good. I took a finance class in college that focused on New and Emerging Markets, and your strategies are literally by the book. Awesome stuff!
I made a lot of money back in the Pre-GE days selling polished buttons, as well as other quest items. Hard leather, mithril axe, jade, opal, red topaz, and so on. Good luck
I'd have definitely continued on the tanning cowhide flip for a bit. 1775% increase per item. 1250 hides (10K worth) is a cool 170K and would only take about 30 minutes to tan.
Flipping on the FSWs is so much fun. I love it! I have made SO MUCH off rune legs, d scims, and especially NPC shop flipping like elemental runes and OMG PICKAXES BRO. I made 1m for a bond off those fucking pickaxes from Nurmof
Mud runes might have some solid potential as quest item flips. I know you need them for "eyes of glouphrie" and I doubt there are too many in the game right now.
Maybe already covered this and missed it but nature runes have been dropping like a stone in the last quarter in particular. Feel like it's a crazy drop for an item that is so commonly traded. Lost over 40%, roughly 80 gp in the last quarter and is about to hit high alch price. For the rune you use to high alch. Bought some at 110, was more then double that in the past year.
I made a bank using steel nails at one point, buying them for 20 each on GE, while selling for 75-79- whilst also worldhopping to buy them from the npc.
I really get the volatility tho. ppl don't wanna be standing around GE waiting for items to go through. If you wanna be smart about it I guess you wanna do an estimate and plan ahead what u wanna buy. Easier said than done tho, and if u estimate wrongly you gotta do a trip back to ge later. i really enjoyed fresh worlds - was great for the leaderboard race as everyone started on zero i made top 100 in crafting while just playing as f2p impossible in normal servers
after playing 2K hours on crossout, spending way too much money I can say dont even start it.. heavy P2W game, clan wars is just people with the best (fused) weapons (1K dollar each), and starting from scratch is just not doable
@@ernofnx so say if i want x item fast but theres none on the ge, i now have to spend 10 minutes getting the item where a mercher comes in, buys up the stock slowly and leaves in a high price so an efficient player can buy it fast and expensively

You ever considered saying profit as a % of cost? Personally I think it is more comprehensive. Prices aren't going to matter since it's the day/week after and, at the very least me, people probably don't have a relative comprehension of the time v item scaling? Really would only work on these new start worlds and not for most of your other flipping videos. As a person who is statistically/mathematically inclined I would appreciate it. I end up doing the math in my head anyways, but I watch yt to be lazy. 😎

I imagine there's no tax on FSW because there's no need to remove GP since there's so much less on these servers than the main game servers.
