I booked our room for May through Airbnb. I read all the reviews before I booked it. They said the room was very clean and loved the room. Also I’m not sure if you had to pay a resort fee but we didn’t have to.
No, we only had to pay for one night the other night was free no resort fees. I’m not saying all the people who own them don’t take care of them, but the one who owned the room we had definitely did not. When we got the room that the resort owns it’s was very nice

That sucks because mgm charges the private owners to rent their rooms. If they’re going to charge private owners, they should make sure they are keeping the rooms clean and in good condition.
Nice review! Booking should be ashamed of themselves for not stating it was a private owned. I booked signature through airbnb which was still $470 cheaper than MGM, but i did read all recent reviews of the room over the past month (which is key when booking private owner). I think booking has most of the owners that stay hidden.

That’s what I asked them, but they said it is the owners responsibility to keep it clean. That was crazy to me but I guess that’s their agreement.

Thank you. Yes, I was very disappointed but it was just a lesson learned. I do now look at reviews before I book anywhere.

Yes, but you get it back when you checkout.
Deposits for incidentals is the norm and nothing out of the ordinary, specially at the more decent hotels
We always stay at the platinum hotel and we never had problems

Omg it was sooo good, it’s a deep tub so your sunken inside, it was really nice that was the best part to me.
