Beach curl is definitely my favorite crochet hair! Idek why I'm watching this video because I know it's good hair but here I am for Lia's stamp of approval! Wore it for a whole 8 weeks!!! I was in my last semester of nursing school a few years ago and between clinical and studying for tests my hair was the last thing I needed to worry about. It stood the test of time!

Giiiiirrrrrlll!! Ok, let me start by saying I don't usually comment on videos. I tend to see something I like, watch the video, and scroll through comments to see how other users rate hair. You are one of the TH-camrs I love to watch, and have followed your suggestions on hair several times! This time, I just had to comment. I have been a newbie to crotchet, and absolutely love it. And this hair has been fantaaaaaastic. I have had this hair in for 6 weeks today, and the only thing really wrong is that my hair has grown out. It got a bit tangled about a week and a half ago (bc I'm lazy and don't always wrap my hair, and I've also gotten back in the gym). Because of all that, I just had to wash my scalp. I was so afraid of the hair falling out or becoming a mess, but I went through individually with conditioner and if I came to a tangle, I just brushed it out, put some Echo gel on, wrapped and pinned it to get the curl back, and took it out the next day. Curls bounced back, and wasn't tangled anymore. This hair has been wonderful, looking to do the ombre red for NYE and let my alter ego come out to play. Thank you for a great review!!

I found this vid before my vacation to Brazil. You got a convert! Never had crochet braids before so wasn’t sure how this would hold up. All in all pretty well! I got the gray/silver color and you do have to detangle daily..it doesn’t look ratty or anything but I can tell if I did nothing it will be a problem. I’m learning to surf so it’s been fully submerged multiple times and after a wash/condition/mousse to get the salty coat off of it. It’s fine. There’s some frizz but nothing too crazy. I didn’t mean to write a dissertation 🤣, but just wanted to let the beach swimmers know what was up.
4 weeks was how long I wore the Beach Curl as well. Love the hair, wore it on vacation in Cancun. Yes, it's beach approved. I also experienced the looseness of the curl from pulling my hair up... will purchase the hair again.. Thanks

Hey Luv! This looks great on you!! Been searching fa reviews and haven't seen but 2. This is my go to hair! I have my 2nd install in now. I love it. Fa me low maintenance. I do where it up during the week in a loose ponytail fa work. But down on the weekends. I did separate each strand 3 times and knotted 4 times. Hair was so easy to separate.! And install. Knots not slippin out. I do the same routine. Detangle and pineapple at night. Moisturize and oil my scalp once a week. But I only used Cantu wave whip curling mousse on it. And a little oil afterwards. Let it air dry completely. Once a week. And it looks so refreshed. I'm on week 3 now. Really love your reviews. Such detail!! Just wanna say thank you.

I wear beach curl by Freetress all the time. It never tangles one of the best. Usuallu lasts 5-6 weeks.All you need is a little mousse. Use mousse the first few days and it will be fine. If you wear crochet hair without using any mousse it will tangle faster. Especially if It's long.

I have the Freetress Beach Curl in my hair for the 3rd time. 1st time I absolutely LOVE IT, no shedding at all. 2nd time shedding was horrible, now I must be glutting for punishment because I got it in again last night. Yeess so glad you had a good experience with this hair. I had the same color and loved it with similar experiences. This hair loves water. You're so right about the colored hair, It's duller and dryer for some reason. But i will definitely be getting it again.

I got this hair in this color and after watching your tutorial & I got the most compliments ever! I’m at 3wks and considering taking it out because all the curls on top dropped. Is pineapple the only way to keep curls? I admit I didn’t pineapple every night & my braids are not as tight. I also wore it up a lot. I used Hawaiian silky for weekly detangle

I got this hair in this color and after watching your tutorial & I got the most compliments ever! I’m at 3wks and considering taking it out because all the curls on top dropped. Is pineapple the only way to keep curls? I admit I didn’t pineapple every night & my braids are not as tight. I also wore it up a lot. I used Hawaiian silky for weekly detangle
I will be going to Carribean in December. I've watched almost all your videos on crochet hair that you can swim with! I love to swim! Especially in the ocean. I am going to try this curl for my trip! Hopefully, this hair will hold up! I might bring an extra pack or two just in case!
I’m doing this hair in ot27 for my upcoming Dubai trip. 27 color is def my thing! Even with the color I get 4 to 6 weeks out of it just w night time care:)

Hey Lia..I just got the Freetress Appeal in.. although it's very soft and it seems as if it's going to tangle easily. I like the initial feel of it.
