I've said it before........."Quit your day job" !!!! You are no longer just a travel vlogger, but have elevated yourself to a Cinematographer! Your work has really improved over time and this video really is your best thus far. Keep up the great work. Your efforts are apparent and are appreciated.
Well Efren you have done it again - just saw these videos of Italy and they are great , you have inspired us to do this walk. My wife and I are booking this now and given the stars aligning May '23 we will start. OBTW we have subscribed to your channel and should have done so ages ago.
Looking forward to following you again. Have been waiting for this. Love those Italian villages and small cities. Splendid footage and audio as expected. You are a true professional.
I’m loving it already Efrén! The footage of the Countryside accompanied with of course the Drone footage makes for an unforgettable adventure! Can’t wait till the next day; Day 2! ¡Buen Camino y Salud! 🕍👍🤞🍷😎
As always, your video is amazing. I am blown away how much peace they all bring to me and at the same time energize my desire to travel and visit the places you feature. And yes, of course, do a Camino. I want to share a story with you ... I did a portion of the Camino Frances in August (cut short due to an injury of my traveling buddy, but returning to finish in May). On one the days, my friend and I were walking with a new Camino friend from Sweden. Evidently, we were talking about you and your videos, because he turned to us and asked "Is the Efren you keep referring to, Efren Gonzales?" We smiled and said yes, it is! He then asked, Do you know him"? We laughed this time, realizing we just always referred to you as Efren, like we knew you. Anyway, our Swedish friend raved about your channel and your videos! Thought you would enjoy the story ... and wanted you to know that you have lots of fans out there! And I believe after the 3 of us did our own bragging about you ... just perhaps we helped raise the number of TH-cam followers. Thank you the incredible job you do!!
Yay!! Been waiting for this day for so long. I have been watching Camino Frances over and over since we are doing it again in may 2023. I love your videos and am excited for this one and also tour de Mont Blanc. Thank you for your videos!!
Another two short Caminos that you should consider is the Camino Fatima in Portugal and Camino Ignacio de Loyola. Both are not well known, though Camino Fatima is well known by locals.
I am delighted that you are taking this camino as I would love to walk it in memory of my mother, Norma Frances, a saint and animal lover/healer in her own right. I am always so impressed by your masterful productions and effective use of drone work. Your vlogs are the most professional and enjoyable to watch. Keep up the great work!
thank you so much Jill. I'm so glad you enjoy the videos. I do have to say that I only walked to La Verna. I will return next year or the next and finish it.
Hi Efren - try as I might I cant open the file but thanks anyway. We have booked in the walk from Bologna to Florence and then from Florence to Rome starting the late April - we can't wait. As an FYI I made a very bad attempt to document Day 1 of our walk on the Camino Invierno from Ponferrada to Santiago in October last year and posted on You Tube but its definitely no where what you do. Happy walking and all the best. Stuart Keegan
Hi. I just subscribed. I started watching your Camino Francigena from 2019 because I was interested in hiking carts. I'm barely on episode 18 and I'm really enjoying your content. Your editing and camerawork are top notch. Why did you stop using the hiking cart? I am physically challenged with walking, so I live vicariously through hiking and travel vloggers like you. The hiking trailer seemed like something that would help me with reducing physical strain when walking. Keep up the great work!
Thank you so much Wayne. I used the trolley on the VF due to the lack of pilgrim support in France. I had extra camera gear that weight more than my current kit. The trolley is great on flat terrain and on the downhills but going up over rough terrain is not an easy task.
Have been really looking forward to this. Buen Cammino! I do hope you return someday to finish off the whole thing. Many thanks for sharing the adventure with us.
Sorry to bug you again Efren - just wondering what online / off line maps you used on the Via di Francesco ? I see as well you have the Sandy Brown book as well. You say in many of your videos you track yourself on the path. What maps do you use may I ask? I notice you use Relive at the end of your videos I have this and it's great for tracking where you have been . Hope you have some advice ? Just so you know we have walked Frances X 2 - Invierno - Muxia - Fisterra - Le Puy , all of which have on/off line maps available. We are walking the Bologna to Florence and onto Rome but I am not sure what maps I can use? thanks a million

Fantastic. Looking forward to sharing your journey
Glad to be on another adventure with you, Efren. As always your video and narration are top notch. All the best.
You have become my "go to" when beginning to research trips. You have sensible information, you make it fun, and the videography is AMAZING!!
Thank you so much Kelly. I'm honored, truly.
