You experienced the joys of flying these days 😊. The 2 main reasons why I use Business class on my usual 11.5 hr flight are 1. The lie flat bed (always manage 5 to 6 hrs sleep) and 2. Priority check in and security. I don’t particularly care about lounges (which are so often overcrowded) or the amount of food on board providing of course it’s of good quality and on A.F. it always is. I flew from MAD-DFW in March in Business class. Food was okay, flight attendants were nice but nothing special, and we did not get a pre-arrival meal because of turbulence when the plane wasn’t even moving. So there’s that.
I recently flew KLM's A332 and B739 IAD-AMS-IST. The catering service was terrible. Our family requested a halal meal and despite that, they gaves us veggies..made me vomit 6 times.
