    Simples e bem fácil (pelo menos para site pequeno).
    No final, depois de finalizar a importação, antes de qualquer coisa vai ná página de Links permanentes e clique em salva duas vezes.

    My scenario. I downloaded site and db and developed local. Now want to upload to subdomain and preserve existing hosted site. How is the db handled,should I use the same dbname or change it or does the upload do it automatically.

    Does this work for the free version? I keep getting 404 not found error following the instructions

  • @wakeupamerica5606
    @wakeupamerica5606 7 ปีที่แล้ว

    No need to use the find and replace in AIOM any longer. It's done automatically...unless of course there's something 'special' Local doesn't allow AIOM to work properly.

    When i tried to import it said my file was too large?

    • @JenMummy
      @JenMummy 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      You will need to contact your hosting company and ask them to increase the limits. I did this, and then continues following these instructions and it has worked perfectly!

    buena explicacion pero lo que me pasa es otra cosa me sale esto:
    Internal Server Error
    The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
    Please contact the server administrator at [no address given] to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.
    More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
    cuando ingreso con el link y se bloquea toda la pagina, que puedo hacer, muchas gracias

    Hello. Is this the way to put locally done website to my clients Domain?

    • @WPonaBudgetFreeWordpressVideos
      @WPonaBudgetFreeWordpressVideos  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      You can still use All-In-One migration as the video shows. Just use your clients domain name. Load the plugin on your clients site and import.

    Hi, I created my local wordpress with Mamp and I need to upload it to a live server. how can I find out what my site domain name is? Would it be the name of the folder we find in the htdocs, or would it be localhost888/mysitename? thanks

    That really helps. Thank you.
    But, I have some problems. when I try to log in my hosting account, it redirects to the local account.
    How can I deal with this problem?

      Did you put the correct url in the beginning to be replaced. The easiest solution is to make sure you place the correct urls in the replace url section of All-in-Migration and try again. If you have access to db you can look there as well in the table called options. There is a option-name column with an option called "siteurl" - you can look and make sure the url is correct. I am assuming since it redirects, you can't log in to admin on hosting account at all.

    • @sendohlun
      @sendohlun 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes. The problem is "siteurl" in the db have not set correctly.
      Really thanks for your help.
      It works.

    Why do you need to make sure the admin account is pre-setup for migration to the hosting site. I thought when you transfer your site to the hosting site, you just upload the database. So whats contained with the user account in the local site?

    • @WPonaBudgetFreeWordpressVideos
      @WPonaBudgetFreeWordpressVideos  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      The admin you set up on your actual site will be overwritten when you import your local WordPress set up. The user info is stored in the DB.

    • @matteomarongiu8071
      @matteomarongiu8071 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      200mb; Anyway i solved with manual migration

    • @WPonaBudgetFreeWordpressVideos
      @WPonaBudgetFreeWordpressVideos  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      That was issue, free version will only do 5mb without messing with settings.

    • @matteomarongiu8071
      @matteomarongiu8071 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks, however I think no one can create wordpress sites smaller or equal to 5mb, unless if site has not plugins and images.. or anyway it should be a very very simple site
