    Sorry but this is pretty sad in my opinion. But it’s not their fault at all, so I don’t blame the way they’re acting. Very talented kids for sure though that have a bright future in sports. Hoping they are humble and work as hard as their celebrations.

    At the end of the day it comes down to bad parenting.
    But the reality check will come sooner or later as there will always be someone better that is going to humble those kids.
    There's nothing wrong with celebrating, but allowing your children to humiliate and bully other kids goes to far. It hurts them in the long run as it will be even more painful once the reality check pops their small bubble.

      all of these kids are being pushed by parents who are living their dreams through the kids. I see so many unnecessary “ran by parent” IG accounts where the kid is forced to practice sports every single day. Most of the time it’s 5’ Hispanic kids who aren’t ever gonna grow tall enough to be pro at any sport😂😂

    I was in elementary school watching and1 mixtapes. I was in high school watching high school ball-is-life mixtapes from Mac McClung, Zion, Tyler Herro, the ball brothers, Jelly Fam, etc. Now I'm in college watching 8-year-olds play basketball. By the time I'm a father, imma have to send colleges my 4 year-olds highlight tape from our local YMCA games 😂 😂 😂

    Watched a family friend's kids play the other day & they in 5th grade. The game was more heated than most varsity games back in my day & I went to high school with Kevin Love lmao.
    Went to my wife's nephew's game & he got thrown out for punching a player from the other team after the other guy threw the ball in his face & pushed him. They are 15 playing on a community league ffs 😂

    The skill is evident, but the unsporting attitudes will need to change. A couple of "T's" may mature some of them pretty quickly. When there are stripes with whistles, not controlling the game, this is nothing other than street ball.

I just teach the game differently and see the game differently I'm all for having fun but there's a difference in a passionate competitive celebration and the camera is on showboating celebration. I'm not saying the kids are wrong but where do we go from here, I don't even like 2k celebrations after every play. The goats didn't even play like that but these kids are to young to understand curry and ja etc do most that celebration to keep you entertained to make money sometimes it's passion but the kids aren't old enough to tell the difference they just see celebration ja dances around it's to sell his brand but I don't expect kids or other ppl to understand this type of stuff. Personally I'm telling my kids if you do it against low competition you better do it against high Comp. Like Luka said everybody acts tough when they're up

    As a high school/college basketball official all that “extra” behavior will eventually get tempered down. At this point they are young and somewhat undisciplined so if coaches don’t control it, then they will continue to over celebrate. but Honestly coaches need to school a lot of these young kids on better sportsmanship and respect for your opponent.
