- On March 12, 2023, Erie SWAT Team, PA State Police, and US Marshalls, obviously do not have a GPS. They raid the wrong house of my Dad who has Early Onset Dementia at 52 yrs old and no warrant. Even the judge denied the warrant application.
The police laugh at Lance in his face, make fun of him, and call him names in the videos all because he has dementia. He ended up having a stroke right after this happened. The Mayor, and the chief of police all refuse to return his calls or emails. No one has even stepped up to do repairs to his home or the security system they destroyed.

Why is it that law enforcement never obeys the law?
They think their families are more important than yours.

Because they are not required to. They are simply above the law.

I hope these so called officers, get sued and loose their jobs. This was not a raid, it was an illegal immoral home invasion.
They won't even admit to wrong doing, they will blame anyone else for the problem and will not apologize or take credit for breaking down or destroying anything. The city or police department will try to get out of any responsibility and not pay for damages. Thats what will happen. The homeowner will have to spend lots of mooney to sue them to just try to get them to pay if they broke down the door and lots of times they won't have to.

Why the heck do cops have such a difficult time reading addresses correctly? My pizza delivery kid could get them to the right place in no time.
They rely on Google maps which is completely incorrect in many areas. I live at number 3/28 in my street but got a parcel delivery for someone at 3/279 on the main road near me, the driver said this is where Google maps took me so it must be your parcel😄
Lack of accountability, lack of direct supervision, qualified immunity, police unions.

You will have to contact a civil rughts lawyer on behalf of your father to ensure the officers are held liable for their negligience snd constitutional violations of the 5th

They sure took a long damn time to get the hell out after they realized. Would their drill sergeant approve of the way they were dragging their feet? Pick-up you feet and walk like you mean it! If you were to walk into their house by accident they would want you to turn around and leave faster than that.

I'm all for law & order, what I'm not for is law enforcement. This is what you get. You have all the right to go after these people. To let them get away with this would be a true crime.

This happened to me 5 years back. Wrong house and they behaved poorly.

@@timsmith1125 in my case it was non violent but when I pointed out their slip ups (politely) they were embarrassed enough to leave …..
Just find the officers full names and home adresses along with what kind of vehicle make, model, and license plate they drive and post it publicly... also post the non emergency line for the police department responsible, and any social media accounts they have and let the internet at them

Yeah, it’s hard to read when you become a cop. They only see what they *want* to see.
They have immunity, why would they care or follow the rules. There is no repercussions. Change the law if you want change.
I used to perform those types of raids in the U.K. and we were not armed to the teeth like we're invading a foreign country. We also checked the search warrant multiple times, for veracity, and everyone was "educated" in how the search would be executed to minimize the potential harm to everyone inside the residence. Knock politely on the door, introduce yourselves and execute the warrant. Now, if it's a residence that is being raided with an expectation of "bad guys" and firearms, then there's a SWAT presence and they're at the front to "take the fire" and, once that threat is neutralized or "not present", the search warrant is executed mechanically and "per the warrant". Sometimes, here in the States, it seems like some of these raids are all about the "macho" and little about the warrant's execution (trust me that the warrant specifically says what is to be done and how to do it).

This is why we need to end qualified immunity, and all disciplinary reports available to the public, you don't wear your body cam 6 months in jail mandatory minimum, and these people get to take citizens lives if they feel threatened? What about the citizens?

Watch a trial sometime and watch how perky and knowledgeable the cops are when asked questions by the prosecutor and then become dumb and unknowing and unable to recall things when asked questions by the defense.
