personally not a huge fan of secretlab (I have a Secretlab omega). decent office chairs have better back support, or a herman miller chair if its in the budget hahah

Hey, not sure if you're gonna read but I just wanted to suggest playing Witcher 3 and Oblivion (Elder scrolls 4 the sounds are really nice, argueably better than Skyrim's for asmr) I also would recommend you doing a video similar to the wood elf Halloween one, it's not about the role play, but I enjoyed the mood, cozy fire and talk about a night routine For wow I'd enjoy a video of Karazhan where u'd walk around and maybe talk about the lore ? Idk. There is a cool secret pet you can get there btw A cool idea to explore would also be an alchemy asmr inside a game ? I also watched videos of people doing them irl but that requires insane amount of preparation Anw these are just suggestions, I don't have any experience in making asmr videos you know better, just keep them coming and love ur stream btw, very chill and cosy chat would recommend.
