I agree with you that the Blue Yeti seems much better for ASMR sounds.
You have a really nice soft whispering voice, it helps me to relax/fall asleep - please keep making more videos!
Also, I feel your old microphone makes a much better/'softer' sound than this newer one, that's just my humble opinion.

The brush doesn’t sound abrasive like with most mics.

1:20 Microfoon-standaard :P (als het althans zo'n zelfde systeem is waar ook van die werklampen op bevestigd zijn is het gewoon een microfoonstandaard)
Het filter op de microfoon kan je gebruiken, of het filter dat je later bij 1:47 laat zien, beide is wat overbodig, ze doen beide hetzelfde: speekseldruppeltjes en de luchtstootjes bij de letters P en B opvangen/tegenhouden.
2:13: die klem gaat doorgaans om het metalen gedeelte van de schokdemper (er zit als het goed is een as met een totale lengte van 10-12 cm aan, met aan 1 kant een verdikking met daarop schroefdraad) en vervolgens buig je het plop- en spatscherm naar voren via de zwanenhals :).
Als de microfoon veel in dezelfde positie staat kun je er eventueel ook nog over nadenken de klem aan de microfoon-arm te maken (op de video rechts).
Ik verwacht overigens wel dat het ding snel stuk zal gaan aan de kant van de klem (daar gingen ze bij mijn vrijwilligerswerk vrijwel altijd als eerste kapot).
(Ik vond het wel grappig toen je bij het stukje over de cardioid-karakteristiek kwam, trouwens :P).

I think it is nice for whispering. Not so much tapping but like your whispering game play videos.
I personally prefer more sensitive sounds and this mic seems really sensitive or maybe its just the gain... idk anyways I think the blue yeti has better quality tho and would love some higher gain closeup whisper videos :'P but love all your videos

The Rode PSA1 will hold a blue yeti just fine.

I think the weird echoey sound is produced by the springs that are attached to the arm.
Actually I think you're right! I just tapped on the springs and they sound very similar to that sound in the video.
@@ChaeriASMR Try wrapping bicycle inner tube around it. Hopefully that muffles the sound somewhat. Doewie :)!
