Love your kitchen. My favorite space is your sink and plate rack. You have wonderful man primitive pieces, but each has its own breathing area! I know I watched this video in the past, but I enjoy the re-release of them.

Your kitchen is so beautiful. 😍. All the furniture and details are amazing!
We have an old home from the Civil War era that we’re going to make an unfitted kitchen in. I’m wondering where to put all of my kitchen stuff though? Would love to know where you keep all your kitchen stuff!

Staged/perfect/over-furnished = not honest, not interesting, cluttered. Not staged/simple/furnished with personality= honest/Zen/interesting. I love old, imperfect, furnishings. It's visible history! I agree with your 'rule for living'. Loved the pizza episode! Hmm...Seeing the fire going in the living room makes me think about 'the wall' that isn't there, and how the heat from that fire is nicely rising to the second floor and how that advantage might be lost with a wall there. I better quit. I'm writing a book here!
