Santa Clause's red outfit is courtesy of Coca Cola and their promotional team. They wanted to link both forever and they surely accomplished it. This story was a riot. Thanks!
@@fatalvenomXFrom my understanding, Saint Nick wore more natural colors, like greens (though he probably had a variety of colors). But yeah, Coke cemented it
@@fatalvenomX They rolled so many characters into Santa Clause its not even funny. Of all, my least favorite is "Saint" Nicholas. But how else were they going to sell peeps on a pagan deity, right? Its why I loved the Violent Night movie, one of the best movies where Santa goes to town... on bad guys. I swear that story could be adapted to some HFY story neatly.
@@travelingscienceman4404 there are plenty. White green red and brown robes would all be reasonable. Red would be in my eyes in so far an issue as it was expensive and a royal color more or less. Bishops would be able to afford it but it clashes with his supposed character wearing the most expensive type of closing to have.
this is absolutely hilarious!!! i love how the author of this story twisted the meaning of Christmas and turkey cooking into an almost horror story. well horror story for the amia >:))
4:10 Find out if they have a man named 'O'Brien' over there. That man, even in other universes, would probably be able to get systems to work together. He got Cardassian, Bajoran, Federation, AND at least half a dozen others working in tandem on DS9. And over on Voyager, they couldn't get parts of their own SHIP working together.
Okay, this one I like both for the humor, but also this is the first time where we DIRECTLY see the to tech bases put up against each other. Human tech is, to put it bluntly, very forceful in this universe, designed to work with lowest common denominator type things, following the typical principle of standardized parts. The Amia tech is more specialized than that, and is, thusly, more able to do the things they do better. Their ship, as described throughout, is the superior vessel, and likely enough that, were they a warlike aggressor themselves, they could have taken the place apart on their own, without much effort. But this is a universe were everyone BUT humanity got where they are on the first try, and thus, lack a lot of the adaptations we have. More importantly, their worlds allowed for gentler diaspora compared to early hominids which means they were a united polity before making it to space, something that is obviously not true for humanity. That's why they have a concept for security and protection, but seemingly no concept for war or soldier. It makes them more powerful than humanity in a big way, their tech IS stronger, but they see few of the military applications to their stuff. Gravity control, in and of itself, is a power like no other, and would make for some powerful weapons and defenses all on its own. Also, always fun to check in on them, especially this one which is an early days sort of thing, with only some information having gotten out there. We have been going forward from this point, the farthest I think being that scene in the bar from one of these stories, but also to joint scientific expeditions too. This is a great universe...BTW, my good youtube video maker, can I request we put these into a playlist? They're on a general list of his videos, but one specifically for this universe.
I remember the cooking book in Futurama: How to cook humans How to cook for humans How to cook four humans How to cook for four humans How to cook fortyfour humans etc.. 😅
@ I love futurama one of the bests cartoons. Sorry we are grown men here. One of the best anime. I think the best episode is the one about meeting god and bender becoming god.
I listened to part 1 and tried to figure out who the Fat Man could be. Then as part 2 started, I kept thinking feast, fat man, & holiday? When it got to the ~13 minute mark and the scene showed a Christmas tree and Santa, I started laughing. 🤣🤣
I don't know what would be more terrifying, being surrounded by angry geese (as if there are any other kind) or being chased by aliens that want to eat you?
I love this universe so much! Fantastic work, WRickWrites!
All I could do was laugh! Phenomenal work indeed.
I really really love the fact that your average Amia is unrepentantly petty and acerbic AF …. the deadly, deadly humans universe simply rules
He had a very human type quality on not telling his shipmates about the cooked goose lol
Amia and humans are some of the only species to have a sense of humour
After his experience with the goose he became very Canadian.... Fuck them Geese! 🤣
The amiaverse is so great, I love their angle to look at humans.
Thank you WRickWrites!
love the stories, you should make a playlist with only Amia stories, and if they would be chronologically placed that would be awsome
Thanks!
Femstar! You're very generous. Thank you!
I love it. I was done with the first part when this just came out as I finish. Nice

This story was a riot. Thanks!
It’s actually because of the traditional robes worn by Saint Nicholas a 4th century bishop. It was popularized by Coca Cola for advertising though.

TOO DAM FUNNY!!!!!! Glad I found you, Tom
I’ve missed WRickWrites stories. Thanks for the new tale WRickWrites 😂
An excellent and believable story. Thank you!
He was lucky it wasn't Thanksgiving. The fighting spurs on male turkeys would have shredded his space suit, then him.

This was a great story. Loved the last few minutes!
“Especially the goose.” 😂 Well done @WRickWrites !
Thank you WRickwrites!
He got his revenge on his backstabbing crew AND the Goose!
That ending....and yet his species have no belief in Karma. 😂
Hey, just ‘cause the universe doesn’t have a sense of justice doesn’t mean he can’t enforce his own
I was pretty sure the geese would gain no sympathy in the end. LOL.
I love Amia stories
This quality of humour is rare on TH-cam. A very fine story. Thanks
Thank you for this enjoyable story & good laughs. Well written and told!
HONK!! Superb writing lmao!
This was hilarious. I laughed out loud.
Amia are really funny.
Fat Man and the Big Feast was less than a month ago.
😂😂😂
I loved both 1/2 ND 2/2, and hope that there will be more. Kudos to the author and producer(s).
Sorry just finished funniest thing on TH-cam I laughed all the way through, great sense of humor thanks so much!!!! Tom
What are fantastic Christmas Story I had no idea it was a Christmas story in part 1 😂
🤣😂👍👍 Thanks for that great story, WRickWrites.
His goose actually got cooked.
Got his Christmas Goose
And Rick does deliver!
Worth it!

HONK! At least the goose got what he deserved..
Brilliant!!
In USA and Canada we usually have turkey for Christmas dinner. So Rick is from Britain, or one of the other former British colonies.
Yes revenge is the sweetest fruit, on the vile geese and treacherous crew alike. 😂
I had a feeling it was Christmas.
especially the goose😆😆
LOL!
Christmas avian!!!
Does anyone remember the Simpsons and how to cook humans
I remember the cooking book in Futurama:
How to cook humans
How to cook for humans
How to cook four humans
How to cook for four humans
How to cook fortyfour humans
etc.. 😅

First thing that popped into my head, second being the Twilight episode it was based on.
revenge. a dish best served.
😂😂what a good ending
This is so freaking funny
Reminds me of the movie "How to serve humanity".
Christmas in space

You should link part 1 in info
This was such an enjoyable story! It should make a very nice script for Love Death and Robots
I don't know what would be more terrifying, being surrounded by angry geese (as if there are any other kind) or being chased by aliens that want to eat you?
I laughed, I cried, i kissed 3 buck goodbye
Even in the far future everyone hates the geese
acually the place saint nicholas comes from is in southern turkey.
Me like
Cute story, it could have been more entertaining with about half as many words. A lot of needless ramblings, musings.
Friggin' awesome!😂😂😂😂🍻🍻🇺🇸
