I can relate to that story about having had painful periods! I feel like as women, we collectively just accept that it’s “just hormonal, it’s normal, that’s the way it is.” I refused to accept that I have to feel like shit once a month because of it, have emotional upheavals and depressive states. I have affirmed and firmly agreed that my period now is only making me feel more in tune with myself and more so beautiful. It’s a sacred time and fuck it, even an enjoyable time. Now that’s the way it is for me 😏
"BUT ERIK, I CAN'T DO IT!" Well, okay, I'm sorry, but unfortunately, you are always right in your world. So if you can't do it, you can't do it! If it's tough, then it will be tough! I'm not trying to be an asshole. I'm just trying to get you guys to see the trap you may be in if you still feel stuck! ❤These success stories are VERY REAL! Manifestation is very real, and you're already a f*cking pro at it, just probably to your detriment right now. And that's okay! Now that you are aware, you can shift because every moment is the NOW moment! Don't give up! Keep going! Stop arguing for your limitations and old stories and go all in!

You only need to say what you want to manifest once. From the I AM state! Then just be in that state and know that things will unfold as fast as your belief system allows.
The only reason you need to repeat your "manifestation" is when you waver. When you mange to convince yourself about the opposite of what you would like to manifest. After writing this I just realized that, if you believe you only have to say it one, no matter what, you only have to say it once.
Erik, you are the man. No one makes this clearer than you do.

Erik I want to share this story. I shared with Zack as well..I’m a breast cancer survivor and I had a friend come to me and tell me they found a spot on her breast. It hit home hard so I immediately went within and said she’s fine she’s going to get an ultrasound and the dr is gonna explain what it is and that she’s ok. Fast forward..she called me that week and said I
U won’t believe this,the dr ended up doing my ultrasound and explained fully how it was and it’s nothing to worry about. I was so happy and I do want to add I’ve always said none of my friends will get breast cancer bc I said so and it’s my reality just like I will never get my cancer back. I also affirmed she’s going to my clinic which is best in the area and she called me and told me she’s going there for a second opinion lol. I told her good bc ur gonna be just perfect. There r other things I’ve done successfully but too much to say lol. It’s been awesome bc I am awesome!!!😎 💪🏻. Thank u so much!!!

It's absolutely amazing how well this works. As I build my business on the side, I am working construction to make ends meet. I am the newest member on the crew, and at first I was feeling overwhelmed trying to keep up. Now I have the mindset that I am the best there is, that all my cuts are perfect, and I always rise to the occasion exceeding expectations. Within a couple weeks its true, all my cuts are perfect and I've become know for how well I work and cut. Thank you for all you do!
