Hi guys hope you see this and this is the way it solved the problem go to control panel in nvidea------> 3d settings ------> set power management mode to maximum performance this will ensure that the fans will spin on the card continuously without it deciding when to turn on the fans this solved the kernal 41 error for me
@@clive0494 hi that is not the the problem with the method. that is something else beacuse im using it and i have no issues. please check your cooler hardware such as thermal paste and try resetting your pc since viruses can increase your pc usage

Now its ok after reformat but im shocked at dead space3 remake cuz of bsod again but after changing the nvidia normal to maximum performance its ok now. Im just hoping its not hardware problem cuz im using a laptop.

Well, I tried all of it, and a bunch of things that i found on other tutorials. Still happening. it's probably the PSU, i'll buy a new one, and give an update if fixed or not for those in the same situation
I did everything you said, when I ran unigine heaven benchmark my GPU had normal temps at 50-60c. When I ramped up the resolution to 1440p the benchmark froze and then caused a BSOD.
I’ve had this problem for weeks and weeks, then it created other issues such as 500 and 501 errors with cpu over utilisation ect and I performed all the cmd tests you find on google and everything is in working order I decided to fully factory reset my pc, delete everything and start again, to find that I was no longer having issues with 500 and 501s but this error still continued (Event 41 power kernel task 63) and I’m just stumped, ran out of ideas I’ve done everything on this video and still no luck. This I’m sure is the error that causes the freezes, as I check event viewer it’s the only one that correlates to the time it froze, could this be hardware issues?
yes it could be hardware issues, you gotta try swapping RAM, PSU and even reseating the fan.. try easier first and if you don't get fixed go further...
@@TechPrezz Only got this notif now, turns out after fully restarting again and I’ve gone from win 8 (don’t ask I know it’s terrible) to 10, and I’ve had a week with only 1 Restart. After scouring event manager I found that at the exact time of the freeze, one of my “Realtek” drivers failed to initiate/ initialise or whatever, so I think I’ve narrowed it down to faulty Realtek drivers either sound or My WLAN Realtek card. Thing is, it’s worked correctly since then, I’m not sure if I should touch it if it’s working right? If it fails again I’ll assume it’s the drivers and sort them out, failing that it’s getting thrown out the window and I’m buying a new one 😂 Cheers dude, I’ll let you know if anything changes

I started to get this code yesterday after I unplugged my computer accidentally. My PC wouldn’t even boot after it happened. I removed a stick of ram, and i was able to get it to boot. Sometimes it would freeze in the bios. I reset the bios. I’m now able to get into windows but when I start some applications I get BSOD. knowing that this started after my computer had been shut off suddenly, do you have any ideas of what it could be?

it seems the problem lies somewhere between CPU and motherboard including RAM.. not GPU, so clean your PC and make sure the CPU is seated correctly and if the fan works and temp is below 90 degree at its peek load like 100%. try swapping PSU... try swapping RAM unites one by one...and run the OCCT test for each one.

Every pc have there own errors. I figured out that my pc doesn't like when monitor is connected directly to dedicated gpu. When i connect monitor to the integrated gpu no crash to desktop with games.
Saw this comment and have been finally inspired to tackle swapping out my PSU as the crashes have progressed from once a week to multiple times per day for me

I tried reseating the GPU and getting new ram , SSD/reinstalling windows and they still came back. I ended up buying a can of air duster and blasting as much dust off of my CPU fan as I could, along with the PSU and motherboard. It's been 9 days since I've done this and there has been no crashes.

Hi! I have this kernel power 41 issue. I ran heaven benchmark and pc crush restarted in 3 minutes, does it mean the problem is in GPU? Before it crushed / restarted while gaming only, now it restarts randomly even when watching youtube. GTX 580 3gb, x58 socket.
I lowered gpu speed minus 150mhz using evga precision x1, i get no restarts / crashes/, but the frame rates dropped significantly, so it is GPU faulty?
@@TechPrezz I just fixed it. The culprit was the Voltage. The voltage went 0.95V~1.48V. Change the Vcore offset at bios or used ryzen master to fix it. I don't want to touch my bios so I use ryzen master everytime I open my pc and set it to 1.25V I know I commented this 2 days ago but I fixed that things 5 days ago. I want to wait for 5 days to see the result and now no bsod anymore for the 5 whole day.

I have already returned my CPU to the manufacturer and bought a new one, but the problem persists. MSI stress test runs ok and the latest crashes seemed pretty random cause I'm mostly running light stuff like WOW and Multi-tab google chrome. I had zero issues with my new build for 3 or 4 months, but since early march I've been having this issue and I haven't found a fix for it yet. edit: After posting this reply I ran cyberpunk and it wasn't long before crashing. This feels frustrating. Had no issues while running Heaven Benchmark both auto and walking around.
@@larosalayla8371 I don't have the ability to change that on my Intel board. I'm convinced that windows 10 is the culprit since I do not get crashes in Linux Mint.
my problem turned out to be not the power supply or the overclocking or any driver ram issues etc it was an old soundcard which had outdated sound drivers causing the issue also the soundcard wasnt seated properly in the computer once I seated it properly and updated the drivers fixed my issue

not only am i crashing on games but also i realise my pc is running alot slower but it might be a faulty psu that i have cause everytime i login i get a CMOS Battery Failure on bios altough my pc works. Dont even get started on games I cant run csgo valorant without it fully bluscreening freezing or blatant crashing the second I load into a map lol worse scenario I cant even run roblox or counter strike source the issue is that bad

@@TheClubF I actually did the same day i left the comment. the new build had the same symptom but not the same issue as the old build. I updated the bios and that eliminated the problem
A bit late to the party but were some of the symptoms like the display freezing and the system crashed like no input did anything. I have had this for like half a year literally ripping my pc and nothing worked.

@@TechPrezz yeah tried that it didnt work when i run the commands in command prompt it worked last night for about 5 hours then crashed with a different error so i thought it was a random crash but since then its back to crashing every 30 minutes while gaming i tried the commands again in command prompt and it didnt work.
same, but I solved it by reinstalling an early version of Windows, something from 2021. The error disappeared, but if you update Windows through the update center, it appears again. also the error is missing on windows 11

My fix :
- change pci riser cable, the gpu was showing 8x only on cpuz mobo tab.
So i changed the cable and works perfect now.

No tips from any video helped me with the Kernel 41 error. What worked was changing the PSU!

@@sovu9399 try MSI afterburner. I used precision X1 for a while but it’s honestly just a knock off of Afterburner. I like afterburner much more

test your pc with another psu, borrow from your friend to test before you get a new one...
