Here’s an absolutely devilish idea: you can NEVER flee from combat. Like, if you’re running around and a hilichurl engages with you, you must kill it. Combat can only end by defeating all enemies. Doesn’t matter if you’re gliding and something notices you from a mile away, you have to fight.
This is the immersion challenge: you will take care of the characters in-game as though they are real people, meeting their basic needs. The times I'm giving are in teyvat time. -Food: your characters (in your party) must eat at least two meals a day. One at 6 am and the other at 6 pm. You can gather the food in the wild, buy it or cook it (like Xiangling and Guoba). -Sleep: you can't play the game at night (from 12 pm to 6 am) because your characters need to rest. I'm so sorry for this annoying challenge
Challenge idea: you can only use attacks whose official names are one word. for example, on xiangling you would be able to use her normal attack and burst, since the full names are "Dough-fu" and "Pyronado", but not her E, since it's full name is "Guoba Attack".
How about challenge where you have to kill every enemy (kill be meaning last strike) via plunge attack or dragon strike? (A tactic where you have to attack while jumping to jump higher, then plunge without a construct) and maybe you could *guo ba* ck to mondstadt and get the wind gadget to help too!
Another challenge idea: you can use a characters normal or charged attack, then there skill and then their burst (if they have it) but after using all of them you need to switch to your next character. you also can only use it in this order, for example on Xiangling you would do: Normal attack > Gouba > Pyronado (if she has it) > switch to next character > repeat i also wanted to say that i am really enjoying this series. Challenge: Selfish healers AKA characters who can heal themselves but not other party members. Examples: Lynette, Dehya, Hu Tao, Arlecchino, etc. Also, out of curiosity, who is your favorite summon in Genshin? Mine are Guoba and Collei's Cuilein-Anbar.
A couple possible challenges: -Only use strangers. This is the opposite of the previous "characters must know each other" idea that we have seen. -There must be at least as many minions or constructs as characters, and you must try to get as many of them on field in combat as possible. That means characters like Amber or Xiangling would cover themselves, as Baron Bunny and Guoba will balance out the character. Someone like Geo Traveler with multiple rocks could cover for minion-less characters, with a downside of needing to spend time summoning those rocks all the time. Bursts count, so Collei gets a pass on Cuilein-Anbar, even if it's only around briefly. -Why did they take all my horses? Kaeya must always be in the party and you must always be sprinting with him whenever possible outside of combat.
Challenge idea: Food Wars - every time your HP lowers (taking damage from enemies or fall damage or elemental effects etc) heal up to full with food. This being the only way your characters can heal, so not using statues of seven. If your characters are too full to eat, you can't use them until they are able to eat a portion of food, so other characters in the team have to be used. If all characters are too full then you can swap out 1 full character with a character from your full roster. A food challenge I would hope Guoba would be proud of. 😊
Challenge idea: You can only use pokemon type pets to fight. For example, Amber's Baron bunny, Xiangling's Guoba, Yao Yao's bunnies, Fischl's Oz and so on. All damage must come from them only and not the actual characters.

"The Nomad’s Journey" Challenge Concept: Your account is built around the idea that you are a wanderer, constantly moving through Teyvat with strict nomadic rules. You cannot stay in one region for more than 15 minutes , GUOBA.
I have another challenge idea for you!! You can't get affected by elements, and whenever that happens the character is considered poisoned and can't be used anymore this includes swimming as it affects you with hydro You would also need to avoid using Gouba etc. on grass
Challenge Idea: Can only use non-bow/non-catalyst ranged attacks (skills & bursts from those characters are still fine). Anything that isn't connected to the character is fair game, so things like Guoba is allowed, but Kaeya's burst isn't because it's attached to the character, even if the projectiles aren't touching them.

I thiiiiink guoba woukd agree that switching the game language and/or dialogue language to fit whichever nation you’re in would be interesting. mayhaps as a punishment. e.x liyue: chinese; inazuma: japanese; fontaine: french; etc.
A challenge suggestion: A soul link, like pokemon nuzlocke but instead genshin of course. The rules would be to roll two characters on your account and have them be soul tied. After you can choose from one of the two or choose the one with the lowest level and always have them on your team through all of the archon quest no matter what only switch out your other characters like guoba. If the character dies you can't use either of the characters you soul locked. You can change the rules however you want to be more challenging but never change it to be easier. (If nobody has suggested this challenge)
Challenge idea: social distancing rules! Only ranged attacks are allowed and you can’t get within a certain distance of your enemies (like close enough that whatever melee weapon a character has can reach). Summons would be allowed, so for example you could drop baron bunny or Guoba, leave them, and run away, but your active character can’t harm anything using any sort of melee attacks. Characters with melee weapons that have ranged skills, like starfell sword on gmc, would ofc still be allowed. Thanks for another great vid!! You’re one of my new favorite genshin ccs! Another Challenge Idea: This one is called equal treatment. U have to use 2 five stars and 2 four stars in a team or 1 five star and 1 four star, if u only have 1 five star. There cant be more four or five stars in the team then the other rarity for example 3 four stars like xiangling with gouba, candace, Lisa and 1 five star like traveler isnt allowed
Challenge idea: Healing only. You may only use skills or abilities that heal, such as Barbara's skill, Barbara's NA if her skill is active, Noelle's NA if her shield is up etc, but anything that doesn't heal is banned like Noelle's burst, Guoba or Amber's everything.
Challenge: Only Charas below Level 20 (so 19 or lower), since you always upgrade them for the wish. 😁 Every Weapon and Artifacts allowed (if not restricted by the other challenge ofc.).
Challenge idea: MasterChef challenge you have to make sure your characters are full whenever fighting enemies. When walking around they’re not as hungry but when fighting they’re hungry and you have to keep their food level at the notification that tells you your character is full. I’m sure Xiangling and Guoba would approve!
Challenge: animals only, use only characters that have an ability that summons a familiar like collie’s collin anber, ambers barron bunny, xianglings guoba etc.
every 5 minutes you need to roll a wheel for a collor, and that collor you can't touch for the next 5 minutes untill you get another one and if you touch, you will hear "nice and spicy" behind you, and guoba will eat you
okay so what about a challenge where you have to kill every enemy you encounter, eg. when youre walking down a path and see a hilichurl you must defeat it. Tip: Using elemental skills like guoba and oz can help
I come bearing a third suggestion: One weapon type per element, for example the first character you pull of that element‘s weapon type is the only weapon type you can use for that element (excluding the free trial characters you get for just playing the archon quest in mondstadt). If you pull Xiangling and her lovely companion Guoba as the first pyro character other than the free Amber you get, you can then only use pyro characters who also use spears. if your first cryo character (other than Kaeya) is Freminet, then you can only use cryo claymore characters. For your challenge's purposes, you could look in the character archive, or alternatively if it makes it easier just make it the last character of that element you pulled instead of the first, so if you don't remember the first hydro character you pulled, you could just look to see the last one you pulled - for example maybe it's still Candace, so the only hydro characters you can use must be spear characters (so unless there is a new hydro spear character coming out Candace would be your sole hydro option). You can still put multiple elements in a team, they just need to fulfil these requirements. so using the examples above, you could build a team with Xiangling, Freminet and Candace. it only becomes a really big problem if the characters have no synergy or if you need multiple characters of the same element in the team i am so sorry if this is also a painful one to do haha
Challenge idea; Become Timmy's arch nemesis. Every time you see a bird, you MUST try to kill it. And then you can make Gouba & Xiangling proud by cooking them into Sweet Madames.

Challenge idea- imaginarium theatre but more difficult: so basically you can only use a character for two battles afterwards you cannot use said character again Another imaginarium theatre inspired challenge would be you can only use characters that are buffed by the theater at the time (if you don’t have them you have to use a character of the same element or weapon like for example if the character is Chevy use can use xiangling and gouba)
Challenge suggestion i got from guoba: you must stay in the region of the respective archon quest. You can't leave it for any matter.That includes domains, dailies in other nations, bosses etc, you won't be able to do any of those. For a more difficult version only use characters that are NOT from the region :)))
challenge idea: xiangling only, no guoba. a true xiangling only challenge, if you will. and no healing with food. healing with the statues/underwater fish things/leveling up characters is ok
Idea: you can only use dark haired characters (i trust you to determine what is dark hair). A good example would be xiangling. Secondary rule(this is optional): you cannot use the pets that also dont have dark hair. (i.e guoba) But you can use pets that have dark hair while their owners don't (i.e fischl and oz, like you can only use oz but not fischl)
Every time you switching the party you need to beat the new party members’ bosses with the party you currently have (and for the traveler it’s a random boss out of bosses that drop elemental shard corresponding to the traveler’s element) and every time you fight a boss you have to switch one of your party members to one that corresponds to that boss (that also includes weekly bosses). I was in the middle of watching another vid when I saw this and immediately clicked, that cliffhanger was devious. And challenge idea: you can only use 1 star weapons and no artifacts, basically no builds, and also not guoba flying in that one fight 😭
Challenge idea: no getting inflicted by elements from non enemy sources (like you can not step in a puddle) If you touch any puddles, electro crystals etc you can not use the character that touched it. Guoba and dori ult included in elemental applications affected by the challenge (for mercy reasons you can add that it's not applicable in fontaine quests because of how often you enter water there)
Here's a challenge idea: Minimum Mora. Anything optional that causes you to spend Mora is banned. You can optionally add anything that gains you Mora too (e.g. chests or overworld enemies)

Challenge Idea: Use characters that are considered gods. They can also be Archons, The 7 sovereigns, adepti, Descendants. Example; Descendants - Aether, God - Guoba, Adepti - Xiao, something like that.
Challenge: No off-field damage from teammates is allowed (element application, healing, shields, etc. are legal as long as no damage accompanies them). Ex: no Guoba or Pyronado unless Xiangling stays on field. Amber's Baron Bunny is fine, but if it explodes and deals damage while she's off-field, that's illegal; Fiery Rain is legal but if an enemy takes damage from it while she's off-field, that's also illegal. Xingqiu's Fatal Rainscreen is fine; Raincutter is technically fine but if you switch to another character, they cannot do anything that would proc the coordinated attack. Exception: if an enemy is immune to the damage, it is legal.
Challenge Idea- you can only use animal or non-human characters. If you HAVE to I guess you could use characters like Xiangling or YaoYao as long as Guoba and Yuugei are the ones doing the damage and not their caretakers.

Could also work for weapons aswell or even individual one for each attack, like xiangling woukd get 3 kills, 1 with basic attack, 1 with guoba and 1 with pyronado
Solo challenge, you can only use 1 character on the team at a time, but you're still allowed to switch the character in the menu. Summons like Oz and Guoba do not count as different characters.
I got a idea for a challenge its called genshin team Russia gouba roulette At the start of a arcon quest you choose any number of characters for for team you'll use in thst quest and at the end of the quest you throw 3 coins for the first 2 is head=safe and tail=danger and for the 3 coin tail=safe and head= can never be used ever again

I'm very sorry about the evil I'm about to suggest but here's a challenge: Any pyro elemental puzzles have to be done using guoba. If you don't encounter any in the archon quest, you have to go find 3 of them in the open world and solve them using our favourite stove god.
Challenge idea: You can only use characters and abilities with an odd number of letters. So for example, Xiangling has 9 letters, and Guoba Attack has 11, so you could use those, but the character Jean is unusable as she has 4.
here's a GOod challenge U will find Best: everytime you hit A new ar, you can no longer use half of your characters and you do a 10 pull until you get a character. if it's the same as a character you can no longer use, you get a chance to use them again.

Do inverse control for some keys and mouse. Swap W and S, A and D, E and Q, Left click and Right click. For extra to mess with your muscle memory, swap the party hotkey, like instead of pressing 1 to switch to the first character you press 4, press 3 for the 2nd character and so forth. If this challenge ever get pick I'll draw wholesome art of Memerai Zura and the Stove God Guoba together

Not being able to teleport out of combat(running away is fine). For example if you're using Xiangling and put up guoba and some enemies agro onto you, then you couldn't teleport away
One challenge idea: you can only use characters native to that nation while there. EX: can only use Lisa in Mondstst and must take her off your team if you enter another region. Side note: Guoba is the best archon

Challenge idea: Healing only. You may only use skills or abilities that heal, such as Barbara's skill, Barbara's NA if her skill is active, Noelle's NA if her shield is up etc, but anything that doesn't heal is banned like Noelle's burst, Guoba or Amber's everything.
Challenge: Only Charas below Level 20 (so 19 or lower), since you always upgrade them for the wish. 😁 Every Weapon and Artifacts allowed (if not restricted by the other challenge ofc.).

Challenge idea: MasterChef challenge you have to make sure your characters are full whenever fighting enemies. When walking around they’re not as hungry but when fighting they’re hungry and you have to keep their food level at the notification that tells you your character is full. I’m sure Xiangling and Guoba would approve!
Challenge: animals only, use only characters that have an ability that summons a familiar like collie’s collin anber, ambers barron bunny, xianglings guoba etc.

every 5 minutes you need to roll a wheel for a collor, and that collor you can't touch for the next 5 minutes untill you get another one
and if you touch, you will hear "nice and spicy" behind you, and guoba will eat you
okay so what about a challenge where you have to kill every enemy you encounter, eg. when youre walking down a path and see a hilichurl you must defeat it.
Tip: Using elemental skills like guoba and oz can help
I come bearing a third suggestion: One weapon type per element, for example the first character you pull of that element‘s weapon type is the only weapon type you can use for that element (excluding the free trial characters you get for just playing the archon quest in mondstadt). If you pull Xiangling and her lovely companion Guoba as the first pyro character other than the free Amber you get, you can then only use pyro characters who also use spears. if your first cryo character (other than Kaeya) is Freminet, then you can only use cryo claymore characters.
For your challenge's purposes, you could look in the character archive, or alternatively if it makes it easier just make it the last character of that element you pulled instead of the first, so if you don't remember the first hydro character you pulled, you could just look to see the last one you pulled - for example maybe it's still Candace, so the only hydro characters you can use must be spear characters (so unless there is a new hydro spear character coming out Candace would be your sole hydro option).
You can still put multiple elements in a team, they just need to fulfil these requirements. so using the examples above, you could build a team with Xiangling, Freminet and Candace. it only becomes a really big problem if the characters have no synergy or if you need multiple characters of the same element in the team

1-2 you can’t use elemental skill
3-4 no elemental burst
5-6 any ability, but when u use it you have to pause and count to three before attacking again (includes normal attacks)
Challenge idea: infusion only, you’re only allowed to use normal attacks that do elemental damage (as in any melee weapon with candace’s or c6 Bennett’s burst active, any character that infuses their own normal attacks with elemental damage, or catalysts)
Another idea is just elemental damage only, so infusions, catalysts, bursts, or skills (such as guoba)

only use one reaction: you write all the reactions that exist and are only able to use characters from these elements
Challenge idea- imaginarium theatre but more difficult: so basically you can only use a character for two battles afterwards you cannot use said character again
Another imaginarium theatre inspired challenge would be you can only use characters that are buffed by the theater at the time (if you don’t have them you have to use a character of the same element or weapon like for example if the character is Chevy use can use xiangling and gouba)
Challenge suggestion i got from guoba: you must stay in the region of the respective archon quest. You can't leave it for any matter.That includes domains, dailies in other nations, bosses etc, you won't be able to do any of those.
For a more difficult version only use characters that are NOT from the region :)))
My challenge idea:you have to use one alt(Q) for each fight and also “GUOBA” count as alt

Idea: you can only use dark haired characters (i trust you to determine what is dark hair). A good example would be xiangling.
Secondary rule(this is optional): you cannot use the pets that also dont have dark hair. (i.e guoba)
But you can use pets that have dark hair while their owners don't (i.e fischl and oz, like you can only use oz but not fischl)
Every time you switching the party you need to beat the new party members’ bosses with the party you currently have (and for the traveler it’s a random boss out of bosses that drop elemental shard corresponding to the traveler’s element) and every time you fight a boss you have to switch one of your party members to one that corresponds to that boss (that also includes weekly bosses).

I was in the middle of watching another vid when I saw this and immediately clicked, that cliffhanger was devious. And challenge idea: you can only use 1 star weapons and no artifacts, basically no builds, and also not guoba flying in that one fight 😭

If you touch any puddles, electro crystals etc you can not use the character that touched it. Guoba and dori ult included in elemental applications affected by the challenge
(for mercy reasons you can add that it's not applicable in fontaine quests because of how often you enter water there)
Here's a challenge idea: Minimum Mora. Anything optional that causes you to spend Mora is banned. You can optionally add anything that gains you Mora too (e.g. chests or overworld enemies)

Challenge idea: You can only deal off-field damage. For example, if you use Xiangling, you can only do damage with Pyronado and Guoba while a different character is on the field.
Challenge Idea:
Use characters that are considered gods. They can also be Archons, The 7 sovereigns, adepti, Descendants.
Example; Descendants - Aether, God - Guoba, Adepti - Xiao, something like that.
Challenge: No off-field damage from teammates is allowed (element application, healing, shields, etc. are legal as long as no damage accompanies them). Ex: no Guoba or Pyronado unless Xiangling stays on field. Amber's Baron Bunny is fine, but if it explodes and deals damage while she's off-field, that's illegal; Fiery Rain is legal but if an enemy takes damage from it while she's off-field, that's also illegal. Xingqiu's Fatal Rainscreen is fine; Raincutter is technically fine but if you switch to another character, they cannot do anything that would proc the coordinated attack. Exception: if an enemy is immune to the damage, it is legal.

(second time asking) Only singular normal attacks. No skills, no bursts, no chains, just click, wait, click, wait, so on and so forth.
Challenge Idea- you can only use animal or non-human characters. If you HAVE to I guess you could use characters like Xiangling or YaoYao as long as Guoba and Yuugei are the ones doing the damage and not their caretakers.
Guoba demands offerings! Feed your team a 3 course meal (appetizer, main, dessert) before a major fight in the Archon Quest.

I think it's pretty easy but if it ever be chosen I wonder how it work with second challenge :)

Challenge idea: kill for kill, any time you use a character to kill an enemy that character can't be used again for the rest of the archon quest. Could also work for weapons aswell or even individual one for each attack, like xiangling woukd get 3 kills, 1 with basic attack, 1 with guoba and 1 with pyronado
i have an alright challenge for ya, only use sumons during battle! like Guoba and the the cat in the hat Lynette sumons during her burst :D
Solo challenge, you can only use 1 character on the team at a time, but you're still allowed to switch the character in the menu.
Summons like Oz and Guoba do not count as different characters.

Any pyro elemental puzzles have to be done using guoba. If you don't encounter any in the archon quest, you have to go find 3 of them in the open world and solve them using our favourite stove god.
Whenever you see a forgeable you have too collect 30 of them, gotta get throes sweat ingredients for Guoba
Challenge idea: You can only use characters and abilities with an odd number of letters. So for example, Xiangling has 9 letters, and Guoba Attack has 11, so you could use those, but the character Jean is unusable as she has 4.

Do inverse control for some keys and mouse. Swap W and S, A and D, E and Q, Left click and Right click. For extra to mess with your muscle memory, swap the party hotkey, like instead of pressing 1 to switch to the first character you press 4, press 3 for the 2nd character and so forth.
