If you're going to keep the King Kong you should change the pilot to be you and then put a Lizzie armor stand in the hand of Kong. That would be amazing for your Base.
Joel's building style is legitimately my favorite out of all the builders. It just feels like the right touch between artistic expression while still fully embracing the Minecraft vibe so it doesn't feel like you're trying to play a different game!
I mentioned this on Impulse's video a few months back when he was making his XP station, but Lime Dye looks a lot like XP bubbles if you put it on invisible armour stands in glass "tubes". Could be a good idea for in the back of your CyberPunk Truck or around the XP building.

The holes in cyberpunk design are inspired by hong Kong architecture. Which puts holes in skyscrapers to allow the mountain spirit dragons to fly through to access the water. I think you should make the hole go all the way through the building.
I love this so much - the AMAZING building, the singing, the flying mishaps, the falling... just a great chance to have a giggle and watch an extraordinary builder do his thing.
On the big building you have a containment tank. Maybe you could build it so that it looks like King Kong has escaped out of it and climbed up the nearest building. Like they were doing experiments on him because he is a boss and could drop a lot of XP.
Joel, your building style this season reminds me of the Lego Ninjago City line! The Lego sets are also Japanese cyberpunk with the twist that the building styles go from traditional to modern to cyberpunk as they go up in levels. Loving the city, you're a madman!
Godzilla would look odd on a side of a building since he can't climb. Him coming from the water behind the city though would look cool. Kinda like from "Godzilla Minus One" where Godzilla crosses the land between Sagami Bay and Tokyo.

For the portal / hole, I recommend creating an inverse portal of Scar’s train portal. It could be the lore “exit point”, especially since Scar’s train hovers above the tracks with grind stones similarly to yours. I hope you liked the idea and keep up the amazing work. You’re awesome!
